Great platform, easy to use and accessible, navigation is great, projects seem well matched. Video channels are fantastic. The support is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to understand at first but there are really informative videos and how-to guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Medical information - women's health "chat bot" for users to ask questions about women's health and educate themselves and signpost to medical information. As a clinician, it is vital that the information is accurate, relevant and up-to-date. It allows the patients that I treat to access the information that is important to them and help them to seek medical intervention if necessary.
