What do you like best about the product?
Monetization is a great solution for monetizing digital marketing services that our company provides. In addition to configuring complex discounting and usage-based rating scenarios, there are additional features for financial reports and SEPA Direct Debit exporting/importing for initiating payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to go through a training process to set up advanced products and rateplans in Monetization, and the Tridens team was very helpful. Of course, I’m able to use the system independently now, however I feel the UI could have more “guided wizards”.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monetization to rate and bill digital marketing services. Services range from monthly and one-time fee combinations, to custom consumption-based marketing campaigns. Monetization allowed us to introduce new pricing variants providing better offers for our clients. We keep track of our revenue and export financial reports from Monetization as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The solution comes with numerous features out of the box, and it’s constantly being upgraded with new releases, adding even more options. The team is responsive and happy to help, and the price of this product is very competitive compared to other similar solutions.
