What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Billing of information security services, which mainly include one-time or recurring fees with pre-
defined duration terms. We also use the dunning functionality to send out notifications or apply
penalty fees if bills are overdue. Monetization offers a REST API and usage-based rating, so we are
currently in the process of trying out new scenarios where we would bill based on consumption for
our measurable services such as private networks and other traffic.

Based on our requirements Monetization was able to support us with any new use-case we
had, which proved the configurability and flexibility of the solution. Automating the billing
and invoicing process has also saved us a lot of time.
