USP of 360 ecosystem is web infinity with so many options for infrastructure, software, engagement and consulting with this you can easily use interface truly best application
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a single dislike for this application expect one GUI devloper need to fix this so more clients opt 360 ecosystem for their day 2 day business overall it's a best in class

I tell you honestly all my problems are gone with 360ecosystem app like product uploading online promotional activity increased productivity and more 10/10 for 360 Ecosystem

There isn't much to dislike about Webinfinity; however, the ease with which the software's GUI is accessible a CLI should also be introduced for engineers and developers. This add-on feature can attract many new clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are numerous issues; nonetheless, fantastic software such as RSA for authentication and others like it is used regularly and greatly facilitates integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Webinfinity is the variety of options available for infrastructure engagement, consulting, and software-related capabilities that they provide in their easy-to-use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that one can dislike about Webinfinity, but one thing that could have been better is the ease of accessing the GUI of the software. So if the GUI could be improved, it could attract a lot of customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of problems, the excellent suite of software like auth0 for authentication and many more like that are being used daily and helps a lot with ease of integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One should consider web infinity when in need of multiple software integrations. It is indeed cost-effective, and since it is SAAS-based, it saves a lot of bucks for you.

My business uses Webinfinity to make partner communication and marketing more efficient by grouping all tools in one place.
Great Partner Portal
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of customizing the platform. We have created several customized categories and content types within the categories to meet our specific needs. I also love that it integrates well with Single Sign on allowing our partners to enter with ease across other tools connected to this platform. I also like how you can automatically connect content with each other via collections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation of format personalization for text. I wish we could personalize fonts a bit more and get a little more creative with formatting the content when creating. Sometimes it can be found a bit restrictive and we have to work around the formatting constrictions of the platform to build out our content vision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using it as a partner portal. It is great how we can restrict content based on the partner's level and their geographical location. The information is connected with our salesforce instance for accuracy.

This is definitely worth considering as an option. This is a highly customizable solution for a partner portal.

lack of training is the biggest issue we have ever had. and price seems little bit expensive.
