What do you like best about the product?

The simplicity of Clousek is what I appreciate most about it. We use CloudSEK's XVigil product for our daily security monitoring. It's easy to get started with the product itself. Don't be fooled by that, though; it has all the features you need to effectively monitor our business online. The more we modify the filters, the more the tool shows its capability. Their customer service has always been excellent anytime I have had a query. We also had weekly meetings to get the updates of what's new in the tool. It has been an excellent tool for us to ensure that we have a solid web presence. its extensive feature set, ability to monitor in real time, and compatibility with other programs. Additionally, it offers details on exposed documents and credentials that have been released on the surface, deep, and dark webs. It is really simple to implement. Its customer service is really helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some false-positives in the platform which is not a big deal. And it would be better if the crawler is able to monitor some more social media platforms including private accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making sure the correct kind of data is shown on public platforms is highly beneficial. It helps us keep an eye on items that could negatively affect our organization, such as tracking the usage of credentials, finding the social media accounts that is defaming the brand reputation.
