What do you like best about the product?

cloudsek comes packed with lot of security monitoring modules such as fake domains, underground discussions, fake social media pages, credential breaches etc.
the tool is very efficient in capturing any of the defined watch words from the internet and providing them for the review.
after purchase customer support is great.
define watch words and domains(part of implementation) is easy and setting custom rules is also quick and easy

What do you dislike about the product?

we find a lot of false positives and duplicates
integrating with SIEM is really difficult

cloudsek is greatly helping us monitor and identify the threats that otherwise would not be know and which are high importance which might go un-noticed if not for cloudsek
