CloudSEK is the best application is Al-based threat management platform that detects, analyses, and reports actionable threats to organizations. In its first iteration, our platform -X Vigil, was partly manual and partly driven by machine learning it make things easy

It's price is a bit on higher side it can be a bit more less

CloudSEK make using internet more easier and safe .you are safe when using application.it cannot be hacked and now no more bugs

XVigil provides exceptional insights into digital risks — credential leaks, brand misuse, phishing domains, and exposed data. The platform is accurate and helps us take preventive action.
BeVigil helped us identify unknown internet-facing assets quickly. Very useful for attack surface management and continuous asset visibility.

My overall experience with the product has been very positive. I’ve gained valuable insights about our organization from a Xvigil and threat intelligence perspective. The CSMs and support team have provided excellent assistance and demonstrated strong expertise in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate CloudSEK for its strong product combined with excellent service. The platform provides me with continuous visibility into external threats and potential misuse of our brand across various online sources. It effectively helps me proactively detect fraudulent domains, fake applications, and brand impersonation cases promptly. What stands out the most for me about CloudSEK is the comprehensive brand monitoring and threat intelligence it offers. Additionally, their technical support team is highly knowledgeable, responsive, and technically sound, which ensures that I receive the help I need when required. Moreover, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to their professional and experienced team in the cybersecurity domain.

We are using their service from last past year, so as of now there no such things that we are disliking.

The platform offers comprehensive monitoring of both the deep and dark web. Its data leak detection is also effective, providing thorough coverage of card leaks and PII leaks. For the BFSI sector, I consider this the best tool to have.

What do you like best about the product?
The product has provided significant value to the bank by enabling effective monitoring of the deep and dark web. Data leaks were a major concern for us, but now, by keeping track of numerous important dark web blogs and channels, we gain valuable insights that allow us to respond quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is quite complex, and it often takes several attempts to extract the data we need. Additionally, the reporting and dashboard features could use significant improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use DRP and ASM from Cloudsek. DRP helps us monitor brand risks and detect data leaks on the dark web, while ASM addresses vulnerabilities from an external perspective.

Getting clear and more in detailed alerts/incidents. Ease for administration.

Expect better mechanisms to validate large volumes of dark web data to avoid alert/incident fatigue, to reduce noise and improve accuracy.

CloudSEK uses smart AI to filter out the random junk and only show you the important threats, so you don’t waste time digging through tons of useless alerts.

It would be helpful to have more in-platform tutorials or walkthroughs for advanced features so teams can get the most out of the platform without needing support each time.
Implementation is straightforward, but certain integrations require extra configuration or guidance.
Sometimes dashboards can be a bit confusing at first, especially for users who are new to threat-intelligence tools.

There are occasional delays in new findings reflecting across modules like Data Exposure, Compromised Endpoints, and Dark Web Monitoring, which affects quick validation of threats.
The UI is good, but switching between modules and accessing detailed drilldowns sometimes feels cluttered or requires extra clicks, slowing down operational workflows.
