What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about CloudSEK is the simplicity with which we can create alert rules. They were so easy to understand and we can easily get an understanding of how the alerts will be generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have disliked anything about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helpful to ensure the right type of data being displayed on the public platforms. It helps us to have a watch on the things that could badly impact our organization like having a track of where the credentials are being used.
It was great using the CloudSEK tool and the demo was great.

Their deep and dark web monitoring features are really helpful and beneficial.

I didn't find any things which I dislike

Cloudsek has enabled us with real time threat intel into our technology infra, has enable us with dark web data to quickly act upon. Have been benefited.

If CloudSEK could streamline its setup process and offer more competitive pricing, I would be much more inclined to recommend it.

CloudSEK enhances my awareness of what’s happening around me online and allows me to take preventative actions to protect my data, privacy, and reputation. With real-time alerts, I can stay a step ahead of cybercriminals and focus on my activities without constantly worrying about unseen risks.

What do you like best about the product?
Its comprehensive features, real-time monitoring capabilitiesand integration with other tools. It also provides takedown support, enabling organizations to take immediate action against identified the rumors by illegatimate sources. It also provide information about leaked credentials and exposed documents, across the surface, deep, and dark web. Its implementation is very easy. Its customer support is very supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The crawlers are sometimes unable to find the threat which are privately located on social media pages. Also, it requires learning of analysis of the vents and taking appropriate action for new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It also takedown the fake social media pages and handles on behalf of us. Also provide the overview of insights going onto the internet world as well as dark web.

What do you like best about the product?
It get us the real time threat related to organisation and also help us to review incidents which are incorporated to our organisation we recommend cloudsek in terms for security and data breach related incidents.

Nothing as such but they have limited quota for takedowns that's it.

Only the quota related problems probably get them benificial deals.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Clousek is how easy it is. From starting to using it every day, it's just simple. But don't let that fool you - it's got everything you need to really track your brand online. And whenever I've had a question, their customer support has been top-notch. It's been a great tool for us to make sure our online image is strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I've encountered is the sheer volume of alerts. It feels like I am constantly drowning in data, much of which turns out to be irrelevant or false positives.

CloudSEK has helped us to reduce our overall risk, improve our incident response capabilities, and avoid potential data breaches, reputational damage, and financial losses.
