Great Experience in Dark Web Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
CloudSEK is easy to use, so you can use it often. It has many features like monitoring cyber crimes and brand protection, making it great for managing digital risks
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that CloudSEK has a delay in reflecting events, which impacts timely threat detection and response .This highlights the issue clearly as our team is working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK helps protect businesses from online threats like data breaches and phishing. This keeps our information safe and secure.

I like more features from Cloudsek. i.e Monitoring of Credential Breaches, Fake domains, public servers vulnerabilities, threat intelligence, etc

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Cloudsek since September 2024. Before CloudSek, I used another OEM. Compared to other OEMs, Cloudsek is perfect. As of now, I have not observed any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wherever our users log in using our business email ID, it detects and shares notifications with me and my team. Additionally, it prevents many data breaches. If any user posts our company-related information publicly, we are aware of that with the help of Cloudsek threat intelligence.
Additionally, we are receiving so many advisories from Cloudsek that, based on the recommendation, we are taking action against those advisories.

Great experience with Cloudsek
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly GUI is one of the best features of Cloudsek. It makes the tool more approchable and handy to use on daily basis. Furthermore we also have successfully integrated the tool with our SIEM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we are facing that the events are getting delayed on cludsek for which we are working with customer support and have found them very helpful, other than that we have no complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credential breaches is a frequent issue we have faced in the past. Cloudsek has helped us in resolving such issues.

As the world is getting fast with a the load of Data getting transferred everyday it is important to manage the risk of digital data and secure it. cloudSEK is the userfriendly way to do so. Also they have good Customer support. is have good amount of fetures to help with cyber security . its a great implementation

Easy to use, Implenatation is very easy, customer support seamless , Intergrating to other software is very easy. Features are better than.
