What do you like best about the product?
We have been using cloud check from past few years the alert that comes in related to threat intelligence and digital risk monitoring has been really helpful it also gives overview of all the scams that are running including some of the critical cyber incidents across the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need maturity in terms of handling threat intelligence IOC's feeds and information on global cyber security incidents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using cloudSEK mainly for the digital risk monitoring and attack surface monitoring. CloudSEK highlights any threats that we observe in any of the public facing assets and it also tells us our exposure in terms of dark web,deep web and surface web.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudeSEK offers the benefit of risk protection, along with real-time error detection and takedown services. Their prompt support and ability to customize solutions according to user requirements are also notable.

Some users have reported that the tool repeatedly generates alerts with false positives, which has required to spend additional time filtering them.

Effective Digital Threat Intelligence Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides the real time based external threats visibility and frequently help to mitigate the risks like data leaks, brand impersonations, etc. Support team is more responsive and experienced which helps the fluent implementation and integration of the platform. The intelligence provide by this platform makes easy to use or apply mitigation on the highlighted risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
CloudSEK delivers sometimes multiple similar incidents frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK helps to detect and mitigate the external threat like credential breach, brand impersonation, etc. This benefiting us to improve security posture, reduce incident response time and enhance our ability to product the brand reputation and customer trust.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides me with real-time alerts from the surface, deep, and dark web, allowing me to stay ahead of potential threats. The dashboard is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and respond quickly to the insights it offers. I feel as though I have an extra set of eyes monitoring our digital assets, which gives me added peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is important to avoid regenerating alerts that have already been reviewed.

CloudSEK enables us to stay ahead of digital threats by continuously monitoring the surface, deep, and dark web for any risks to our brand, data, or infrastructure. The platform provides real-time alerts, allowing us to respond quickly and prevent potential damage. What do you like best about the product?
its accuracy to track down the threat against the organization and the ease of using the cloudSEK console
What do you dislike about the product?
again i liked its accuracy of tracing down the threat however in the process there were many false positive alerts and findings as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
since there are various threats emerging everyday now, so CloudSEK is helping me to track down anything malicious or lets say impersonating threats against my organization and as i can track them and take actions against them so that's where i benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Xvigil can perform follow up scan of previously detected URLs which is helpful for continuous validation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have option to assign ticket from one subgroup to another subgroup. Also, generating lots of false positive alerts under module social media discussion and fake call centers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK Xvigil is provides a concise explanation of each alert including asset match, threat and severity details.

CloudSek helps in getting all data related to organisation available on different platforms which helps in preventing any possible breach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few false positive observed and sometimes volume of alerts are also huge.

Helps in gathering data that is available on Internet about the organisation. Valuable insights are available on their dashboard and portal through which it is easy to identify data. Customization of keywords and various factors proved to be beneficial.

The alert tuning sometimes needs manual refinement to match our environment more precisely.
