one of the best digital risk monitoring platform
What do you like best about the product?
CloudSEK appears to be one for the best and reliable platform that helps us with early detection of threats like data leaks, brand impersonation, phishing websites, fake mobile apps, and many more. It provides crisp alerts where immediate actions are required with less number of false positives. Overall, it is a great tool when it comes to digital risk identification and management
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are using the dashboard for first time, you may get a little confused but once you start using it frequently it will be a piece of cake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As working for a BFSI sector industry, phishing and brand impersonation is a major concern for the company overall reputation and customer trust as these may lead to financial loss. So CloudSEK helps reducing such risk and issues at early stages

I most like about the CloudSEK it provides real-time and accurate threat intelligence that helps identify potential risks before they impact the organization. Its automation and clear dashboards make it easy to track vulnerabilities, exposed data, and threat actors across the surface, deep, and dark web. The alerts are relevant, fast, and actionable—saving time during incident investigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI can be slightly slow to load during peak usage, and a few alerts may require manual verification for accuracy. It would be helpful to have more customization options in notification settings. However, overall these are minor and don't impact the platform's overall value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK helps us proactively detect and mitigate cyber threats such as data leaks, exposed credentials, and infrastructure vulnerabilities by continuously monitoring the surface, deep, and dark web. This reduces our incident response time, minimizes business risk, and improves overall security posture. It also prevents reputational damage by alerting us about potential threats before they escalate.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about CloudSEK is its focus on real-time threat intelligence and how it blends automation with contextual insights. The platform doesn’t just throw alerts — it helps prioritize what really matters, which is crucial in fast-paced environments. I also appreciate how collaborative the team is; there’s a strong learning culture, and everyone’s open to new ideas, which makes it a great place to grow both technically and professionally.

Sometimes the fast-paced environment can feel a bit overwhelming, especially when multiple priorities come up at once — but it also pushes you to grow quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CloudSEK helps in identifying external threats like data leaks, phishing domains, brand impersonation, and exposed credentials in real time. This allows us to take quick action before the threats can cause any real damage. It gives better visibility into our threat landscape and reduces the time we spend on manual monitoring, which is a big help for our security team.
It was excellent in terms of threat hunting, incident analysis and takedown.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this is the feature of Threat Hunting which gives a hunter to full access to investigate and hunt the real threat. Being a Threat Hunter it provides me the great insight which helps me to secure my organization asset and insure the privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing is the back option when I am using the filter in incident page. Every thing get reset when I am going back to the incident page after from the event analysis. This should not be change until a analyst changes it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to monitor the my Brand Risk because when you are talking about the organization there are multiple things which you need to monitor and secure. CloudSEK helps me to monitor and secure all these at single place. It gives me the full insight about my Brand and also if something is suspicious it helps me to takedown.

What do you like best about the product?
As we are using CloudSek for past year we have seen great threat intelligence monitoring, visibility, and ease of access though the different tabs, Ease of implementations
Take down facility have been great due to there 48-hours takedown, quickest of all time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes alerts are false positives such as wrong domain is scanned but it happen rarely once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the point of business we were able to identify the threats that could impact the business, such as username password leaks, API leaks, Phishing domains take down, etc all this helped the business to focus on revenue as threat and leaks were taken care by Cloudsek.
I really appreciate this solution by giving me the best solution for my cloud.

Top class Attack surface and Brand Monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use CloudSEK XVigil and BeVigil for our daily security Monitoring. This tool gives a vide varities of options on Brand monitoring. Xvgil scanner helps us in many ways in terms of Deep /Dark web monitoring and Data Leak monitoring. CloudSEK automatically scans internet facing assets where lot of tools in market ask asset list from client and monitor them. Dashboard is disigned in very simple way. Attack surface monitoring gives good insights on SSL,DNS, web app, Network , API. Customer care gives a quick response whenever needed. Takedown approach is very helpful and CloudSEK team responds quickly. Whenever there is any attack related news in market CloudSEK team sends a advisiory this helps us to update our defense mechanisms. CloudSEK also provides Threat intelligence. Customer success Manager is very helpful and available any time.Implementaion is very easy. We had also integrated this tool with Splunk.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such downsides as Team helps us in tweaking rules whenever needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand monitoring using Social media like Facebook,linkedin, Instagram , whatsapp and telegram. Fake mobile apps which are hosted on fake phishing pages. Fake call centers , Fake URL and phishing, Dark and deep web monitoring , Data leak in code repositories and API platforms.
CloudSEK also gives good insights in Attack surface monitoring where crawler gives Accurate details on Webapp, SSL,DNS, Network, Mobile and API.
This tool only takes inputs as keywords and domains. The crawler gives us accurate information on all publicly available data even unauthenticated API endpoints as well.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using CloudSEK’s tools for a while now — mostly for dark web monitoring, brand risk stuff, and catching data leaks. Overall, it’s been a really good experience so far.
The alerts usually come in on time and are pretty accurate most of the time. A couple of times it actually helped us catch something before it turned into a bigger problem, which was great.
One thing we all noticed is that the dashboard is super clean and easy to get around. You don’t really need to dig too much to find what you’re looking for, which honestly makes life easier — especially when you're in the middle of something urgent.
Also, their support’s been helpful. There were a couple of small issues we ran into and they got back pretty quick, which we appreciated.

At times, we do come across a few false positive alerts. While they’re not a major concern, they still require manual review and validation from our end. That said, we’re hopeful this will improve going forward, as CloudSEK continues to enhance its AI algorithms — which should help reduce such instances in the future.

CloudSEK has been helping our organization with monitoring on surface, deep and dark web for our assets and their exposure online. If there’s any threat around that, it usually gets detected and we get alerted, so we can take action before anything serious happens.
The platform also gives us useful info about attackers and APT groups, which kind of helps us stay one step ahead most of the times. Honestly, it’s been a great product to work with and really easy to use in our daily work.

I mostly like to user bevigil tool by cloudSEK for application's static analysis where it provides comprehensive report on potential risk assosicated in codebase, leaked keys, hardcoded credentials exposed to abuse and overall risk score helps a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
The leaks flagged by the tool needs to be manually verified by the reviewer since the pattern matching of the tool gives false positives at many instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly analyse a application's attack surface, associated risks, potential leads that helps vastly for exploitation phase benefits me a lot.

Most alerts are clear and useful, and the dashboard gives a good overview of what’s happening. It saves us time by showing relevant threats without needing to search manually.

Sometimes the platform picks up domains or assets that don’t belong to us, which creates a bit of extra work. Also, it would be better if we had more ways to filter and customize alerts based on what matters most to us.

It gives early warnings when something sensitive is exposed or misused online.
