What do you like best about the product?

Integrating with Descope has been one of the smoothest experiences I've had with tech products - easy to implement and use.

Building and maintaining authentication yourself is dangerous and expensive. We feel safe knowing our authentication is built by identity experts, and our users benefit in all aspects: user experience, security, and capabilities.

As a customer, the journey with Descope is great. From smooth onboarding to navigating challenges, their customer success team holds your hand through the migration, ultimately enhancing our authentication offering with passwordless MFA to meet our customers' needs.

What do you dislike about the product?

If I had to pick one area for improvement, it would be the level of customization for the login dialog. However, we managed to solve this with their quick and helpful support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We realized that continuing to maintain and develop our own authentication was both risky and costly. By migrating to Descope, we shifted our authentication and authorization to a robust, secure platform. This not only saves us significant development time but also meets all of our customers’ needs while strengthening our overall security.
