Additionally, it has a mobile application that allows you to extend its utility across all types of devices.

What do you dislike about the product?

The software uses quite a lot of resources from the client devices that connect to the call, which can cause them to slow down or not provide a good experience on devices with low specifications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We discovered Jitsi during the pandemic, a time when mandatory confinement made work difficult for many industries, including the development of educational activities.

In this context, Jitsi provided us with a viable alternative for conducting remote classes, through the scheduling of meetings for students in each classroom and its different configuration options, which allowed for its safe and reliable use in a school environment.
