Must have product for complex cloud applications

What do you like best about the product?
We get critical process insight and the ability to deep-dive into metrics, and traces, unlike any other tool. It has been battle-tested on many triage calls. Compared to its competitors , Dynatrace is simpler to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product support has been a bit challenging. Chat support does not work unless you have a trivial question. Support for .Net Applications is a challenge on certain occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace is able to provide deeper insights that helped us catch several production problems and improve customer experience. DEM was very useful for some key applications as well. Kubernetes insights provided by Dynatrace are invaluable for triages and reducing MTTR.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Deploy in dev before deploying to production. Sounds trivial , but true.

Support for more 3rd party tools needs to be rolled out

What do you like best about the product?
The AIOPS, Drill down capabilities, alerting and each setup
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and time selection during the drilldown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Dynatrace APM, where ever we have any application performance, availability issue We use DT to troubleshoot.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpfull thing about Dynatrace is the one agent and AI. You don't have to configure everything

There is nothing i could mention that's a downside

With dynatrace we are solving performance and availability problems. The benefits is that is lowers MTTR and MTTD

What do you like best about the product?
new technology of one agent , like sesion replay, RUM
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I believe end user complexity has increases compared to old appmon , with few clicks we were able to identify the bottlenecks earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a performance engineer , so my main focus is to identify application performance issues under load , and understand how application behaves in prod.

What do you like best about the product?
Artificial intelligence, autonomous baselining, code level troubleshooting and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Infrastructure monitoring could use some new features. For instance, we have no choice but to monitor our network infrastructure with another tool (SolarWinds). We are not able to get off of the tool because of a lack of SNMP compatibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance problems and faults with investor-facing application.

What do you dislike about the product?
My name is Luis Navia and Im consultant into dynatrace partner, only there are 2 funtionalities that could be better in a short time.
They could be include funtionalities like service quality reports into the dashboards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are partners of Dynatrace, our customers solved problems with development and perfomance of applications, and benefits like discover all depedencies automatically
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like partner We recomend use Dynatrace because in my expirience the customer solved all problem quickly and they dont waste a lot time investigating the root cause with Davis

What do you like best about the product?
We like how the APM works and helps us be able to diagnose problems in our applications
What do you dislike about the product?
The getting setup with Synthetics was somewhat difficult, but we eventually got it setup.
