Best APM tool I had been using so far
What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is easy to use and most of time pointing to the root cause directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I experience with Dynatrace so far, I do not have any dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Dynatrace to help Application team to define the root cause when they are running into an issue. And different from other APM tool I used before, Dynatrace point me to the right direction at the very first place. So saved me lots of time on investigation.

Powerful, feature-rich and worth it.
What do you like best about the product?
Single-pane view of entire organization in one tool. The ability to monitor both cloud and on-premise technology with one solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. Some features are released as Early Access but the future costs are unknown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring technologies in cloud infrastructure that are not easily monitored any other way. Huge benefits with API tool to provide configuration updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you are looking for out of the tool from the beginning. Ensure features that are critical for your success are part of current release level.

purepath feature and just few clicks to find root cause of performance related issues

session replay can be improved, as some time it doesnt capture it properly

I dont really like to new web ui. though, I'm not sure how id improve it.

I'd recommend teams list not only their requirements, but also consider paradigm shifts when meeting with vendors.
