What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the debugging features helps us to get right down to the root cause in just a few clicks. The deployment and self discovery of the environment and the support. Everything we do is undone without having great support and help to work problems if they occur. And the dynatrace folks actually listen when there are feature upgrades. They are constantly adding new features, updates and quickly fix the few bugs that occur
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any, they fix issues quickly and are making improvements so fast that any feature you're looking for is likely being thought of, or already on the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Determining and showing developers their performance to customers, and helping them solve problems faster.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to get monitoring on hosts with Dynatrace. By installing the agent, we get all the out of the box monitoring on hosts, transactions, services, down to pure path information. The AI alerting helps get users up to a high monitoring maturity level with almost no effort on their part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plan to charge for custom metrics doesn't make sense. This is an integral part of the monitoring that we expect to come with Dynatrace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with the API has been challenging.
We have realized how easy it is to get new users up to a basic monitoring maturity level with no direction.

What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of features, with constant updates and upgrades; largely driven by user feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features may not be as user friendly as they could be, but updates can often remedy this shortly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to identify and optimise performance problem areas in our application.
Also monitoring the uptime and response times for services and hosts.

Increased performance and increased uptime result in increased customer satisfaction and revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize all the resources available to you, customer support, knowledge bank, engineers, product advisors.
Very knowledgeable staff with tons of online resources.

Ability to customize dashboards. The ability to see the entire infrastructure in one UI is very nice also.

The amount of customization is overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved observability into Microservices.

Use Ansible for installing agents.

That the implementation was so simple. We were actually able to quite easily get an ansible playbook up and running.

I do not like the pricing model. It gets to expensive.
