A great tool for getting great performance insights with close to no configuration

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is completely automated and its capacity to auto-discover services and provide recommendations from the beginning is quite impressive.
The support and consultants are knowledgeable and proactive.
The updates keep rolling out and keep improving this great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its incompatibility with legacy applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce costly unused AWS resources, scale appropriately, fix software issues, get user experience metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Ammounts of information to get your incidents, business and infrasctructure up t date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now, n my short experience. Hope nothing dislike

We are getting more proactive than reactive on incidents management, and we are getting down business service impacts. Its translaated on a customer satisfaction
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, big possibilities and beneffits.
Allows a ready to read dashboarding, and multiple platforms to monitor acording your organisation

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is very user friendly and you can see many things at the same place
What do you dislike about the product?
The thread traceability is low and you need to download the thread dump to other products.

What do you like best about the product?
The chat feature is very useful, especially for the wider business users who do not necessarily have the technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing management is a bit confusing, could do with a redesign to show clearer information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live incidents as well as problems. Additionally, traffic information and historic data.

from my point of view, dynatrace is able to provide you a high detailed information about the services anda application you are monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very intrusive, so you can face issues with your Security Dept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time monitoring of the customer use of a Banking App. Truly information about the status at real time.

Powerfull AI monitoring tool

What do you like best about the product?
RUM and session replay are great features to troubleshoot and prevent issue to happen while improving customer satisfaction
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Dynatrace to introduce new features for monitoring databases and suggest optimiacions to improve SQL statements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am just starting to use Dynatrace, so I am only getting used to. I am creating dashboards and alerts to monitor real time issues, which are usefull to find issues and the root cause of the problem.

What do you like best about the product?
In depth analysis of all our processes, inventory of all servers, microservices and resources for a central monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time in initial setup to define all baselines and how tweak it, which out of the box works fine, but still may not suit some companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding our implementation of microservices, migration to AWS etc ...
Benefits is supporting growth of our infrastrcture with very little disruption

Making complex monitoring seem very easy

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace takes away all the complex configurations and dynamiclly monitors your applications automatically. This frees up your time to work on more important things. The data and insights you get out can be as simple or as complex as you like!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The software has everything you need and things you dont for when you do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time on troubleshooting and allowing people to work on more important projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! You wont believe how quick and easy the setup is and will get meaningful data straight away

Ability to see internal software problems using purepaths and memory dumps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nonintuitive interface. - this is very hard for new administrator or developer.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great tool to provide end user experience insights with an ability to give high level dashboards based on business outcomes all the way down finite details
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Citrix and HDX protocols is still limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of ‘Classic’ applications that have service challenges such as slow performance that we have never been able to address. Using Dynatrace we have been able to map user experience right down to problems with the underlying database queries to get to root cause in just a few clicks.

Leading product with so much capability with great releases always bringing new technology
