What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can carry out the follow-ups of my tasks with a much more elegant interface than other project managers, also the assignment of tasks, objectives, completion of projects among others is much more superb than on other platforms

There are different functions that do not exist, such as indicators or task tracking, prices are high unlike other project managers

With Monday you can have different templates to keep track of both personal daily tasks and projects with large teams, also the creation of tasks, their assignment and their description among others becomes very intuitive thanks to its interface
Effective product in Project Management with a lot customization
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday.com is to customize everything you need and allocate those to your hand-picked team members. It's extremely easy to use and provides a lot of add-ins such as sending email notices, auto-collect email responses and attachment files etc.

I wish they could provide a system that summarizes report at end of the day instead of shooting out thousands of emails each day. another function that would be great is to add subtasks for big projects with additional dependencies.

Saved a lot of time for project management and communication. Keeping track of process and also making sure that every member is on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like monday.com, technical support is always available for any eventuality. It is very easy to use and helps me to have a complete control of my tasks. I am fascinated is online and I can access from anywhere with an Internet connection. If I talk about the interface, it is the closest to perfection, I can distinguish between my tasks and those that I have already carried out. It has certainly been very good for me to have this project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to emphasize that there is nothing wrong with the program, I don't dislike it and I think I have been able to work with monday.com at a great level. It has been very effective and productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is very efficient for the environment of the company and especially for my department because we make available all the functionalities that it contains to have an optimal control of the tasks to be carried out. It is perfect, it alerts us when they are completed and stored in an orderly manner. It is really very functional to carry out a strategic plan to monitor and track tasks, we found it excellent to implement monday.com to keep track of all our projects, we have been very efficient and more than we can access from anywhere.

Best Project Management Application
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is so far the best application that I have ever come across and that has been used by my team. It is loaded with features which makes project handling and communication super easy and on top of it the flexibility it provides, that I have never seen in any other applications. You have the options of team boards, shareable board and private boards, which you can pick and choose as per your requirement. Personally I loved the shareable and private board, where I decide who can do what and whom I just need to provide the view access.
It has incredible features of creating multiple groups on a single board, e.g. we have development team / quality and business analyst teams divided into different groups where tasks has been assigned to individual team members and they provide updates on the regular basis.
Boards can be setup with different views, with different columns, with desired nomenclature, color combination and date range.
It has smart search enabled with the options of quick links, recent and saved searches, it also provides you the option of user based search on a board itself and then you can add other matrix as well if you are doing a board search.
You can do updates via comments, file sharing, it logs each and every activity performed via a user and it send push notifications to all the devices where this application is enabled along with email notification. You also gets to know if the other person has seen the comment, you have the option of sending gifs as well.
Since our team has started using monday.com, the email communication has been reduced 40-60 % as most of the updates are already shared with each and every team member.

There is actually nothing to mention in this section, but yes additional feature on making groups more private would be a plus, Price could be an issue to individual contractors and small business groups, but my take is that it is affordable.

Monday is nice to coordinate in one location any part of a project. Such that clarity remains on what has been or has not been achieved. I want it to be esthetically relaxing and provides multiple ways. Look at a project and the job that will be completed. You can tailor it to a specific workflow in whatever way you like and other users can use it together, so that you are able to see what everybody is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering is constrained by multifactor. The service protocols tend (wisely) to limit users' naivety, but online self-help services need to be widely accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Via Monday we get our company's ideal job combined with Zendesk and Excel to create projects with greater ease and efficiency. The team success has considerablely improved over the last 6 months with the use of this method, I can credential as administrator of this application. With its excellent videos demonstrating each of the tasks the tool performs one step at a time one new user or participant who interact with Monday.com will use a portal on the first day of its use.

What I enjoy most is that it makes it easy for the entire team to organize everything with colors and to change and keep the activities up to date. Although the program is integrated in iOS and Android smartphone mobile apps, the performance of these devices is not the greatest, they can be a little sluggish and lack of functionality that are too big while they are available through the cloud. With the amount of functionality the platform offers, you must wait to educate the novice users a little bit before you understand thoroughly how detailed applications work like monday.com. For example, the learning curve will be as lengthy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good way to collaborate with teammates and organize projects that you're working on individually (but need to be completed together). The platform itself is user friendly and pretty self explanatory, which makes it easy for anyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's an unnecessary platform. I'm not sure what Monday.com is doing in replacement of anything in Google Drive or Outlook in terms of collaboration and organization. The platform seems like an "extra step" that users have to take to organize their information and share with their peers what they are doing. When you could do that in platforms that you are already using, such as Google drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem solving that we are doing with Monday.com is the opportunity to see in real time what tasks are "in progress" "completed" or "cancelled". Overall I guess it's good for management to be able to track what we are working on, but overall I think that it's an easy platform to get swept under the rug by other things and it's easy to forget what you have to update on there. It's not a top priority in terms of things to do.

If you are using other platforms for organization, you do not need this platform. It will just add another task to your plate.
