Monday.com enables better work management
What do you like best about the product?
It has an excellent process automation system that allows our operators to generate their reports and tasks much more quickly and effectively, it is possible to share files and reports that we make while maintaining the centralization of information in one place, the ability to integrate with different tools facilitates the flow of work optimally.We use Monday.com in our company on an ongoing basis because it is our main tool for the control and development of workflows due to the large number of tools and customization that the software allows, providing a variety of solutions for all stages of our process and in the different departments of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment it has been little possible to manage the subcategories of the processes, which is sometimes absolutely necessary in our project development, much of basic plug-ins are paid and is not at all profitable to be very simple, there should be more specific plans, for users who keep traveling we do not have an offline service which could be very profitable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows us to manage much of our company among all users, the centralization of information is extremely important for us to follow all the same objectives simultaneously, the templates greatly facilitate the work and the ability to customize is flexible with all our operational needs.
                        
                            Pretty Great Tools for Product/Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, can connect multiple boards, automations also great & have many variations, and especially view feature! We can make as many views as we need & can filter items on board based on needs
What do you dislike about the product?
When we already in a view that has a specific filter, when we add a new item, we need to be fast enough to change the type / status / etc to the filtered view so that the items won't disappeared to main table. Luckily Monday already improve this by having a toast to undo the item so that it won't automatically filtered, but sometimes we still find it annoying.
Another thing is that on the automation, would be great if the automation that makes an item every certain day, could also have a template / script that can customize a name / date to the day where the item is created. Example 202304DD --> the DD can be filled by the date when the item is created

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing & tracking tasks on Sprint Planning as a PM, managing & tracking feature roadmaps, managing & tracking every customer requests & ticketings from customer, etc.
                        
                            Monday is my lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
The most I like most about Monday is how it keeps my professional life organized. My projects have an order, and even more; I can see my progress. At first, I didn't like it, but in reality, I didn't understand how to get the most out of it. Now, it's one of my main work tools. I recommend it to any company or organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the not-so-friendly thing about Monday is that I often lose track of all the tabs/projects I have, and even more if it is another team member who creates it. But it's really just that you have to "play" to get acquainted with Monday and get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oranizacion, organizacion, organizacion! When we do not all work in the same office or many times we are working remotely, the most that is needed is to be all on the same page, and that is achieved by using Monday.

Monday.com solves the problem of inefficient project management and disjointed team collaboration by centralizing tasks, deadlines, and communication. This benefits users by improving visibility, streamlining workflows, and enhancing productivity, ultimately leading to better project outcomes and a more organized work environment.

Monday is very helpful for capturing the grand scheme of a project all the way down to the minutiae.

The export feature has some thing left to be desired.

Monday does a great job at visually representing what is going on with a given project as well as shaping out how product deliverables can occur. It allows for a great level of details while keeping the information from becoming too overwhelming.

Easy to make a quick check-list, to-do list, or even bug tracker.
There is so much this tool can do, that I've barely scratched the surface and I've been using it for over a year

Doesn't seem to be a free version, and from what I can tell can only really be used by businesses. 
Also, small nit-pick the 'table' option in "Updates" doesn play nicely with Excel or Google Sheets when copying and pasting, which is a bit frustrating.
I do also wish there were accessable video guides on the different features and use cases of different kinds of Views. Like I don't even know what the heck a Kanban or Gantt are or are used for. But that's probably more on me.

Keeping my task going. And I use the sub-items to breakdown my tasks into smaller more manageable tasks, which is very important for coping with my ADHD. Large tasks can seem too daunting, but the sub-items help me prioritize the parts of the task. Also, the new-ish feature, or at least it was just recently brought to my attention, of the column that shows the progress of the sub-items is AMAZING.

The ability for multiple companies to work together seemlesly. Track progress and what to your assigned issues is great

Speed used to be slow. UI can be overwhelming at times
