One of the best platform for product management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best that it is effortless to use, and it provides features like creating nested roadmaps, which helps me manage the vision of my entire product. I can easily manage the whole lifecycle of my product, starting from development, marketing, project management, CRM, and other business operations. I personally use it to create, yearly and quarterly roadmaps. Most of all, during monthly planning, I can easily collaborate and share my dashboard with my entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot to offer, and thus the learning curve for me was a little tricky. I have been using their app for some time, and even now I find new features daily. Regarding collaboration, teaching the entire team about the app's functionality takes some initial time, but it is definitely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved my project management issues and helped me streamline the end-to-end processes and operations of my entire team. It has helped me stay on track overtime and reach my goals quickly.

Monday Dev center is amazing and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I'm far from what you would consider a full-stack developer however, developing basic integrations and custom functionalities within Monday's dev center is extremely straight forward and backed by exceptional documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I quite honestly haven't found anything not to like just yet. Their platform is made for ease of deployment. Whether you've been slinging code for years or are just getting started, you can handle this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday's Dev resources allow me to bridge the gap in data flow between multiple mission-critical systems utilized by our Support contact center. With the additional integration capabilities, we're able to provide a single point of view into a customer's entire set of services with our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most that monday offers a variety of solutions that can be used for basic to complex product management. It is easy to plan, manage and collaborate on their platform. I can easily centralize all my tasks at one place and plan from start to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it has a learning curve, and some of it's features are complex to use. I need to spend a lot of time to efficiently utilize their features. Overall one of the best availabile in the industry.

It helps me streamline all my projects easily and save my valuable time by automating various tasks, customize my board and centralize everything.

Effective and stable marketing and sales pipeline management package though starting requires some time to fully understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation for incredible time-saving and impressive customization options with an interactive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of options, so it can be a bit exotic. However, the UI UX is at the top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allowed me to have in hand a powerful project management tool fully adaptable to my project management needs.

I like the bug management UI as it increases the productivity

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has helped the company to be on the same page on all matters across all teams! It's great to be able to follow the company's projects, and to be able to organize my team's projects so efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still adapting, but I don't have any negative points. The platform works well, does not crash and is very easy to use. I really only have positives.:) . . .

we have improved the team's communication, the projects are more organized and my superior has all the data there, so he doesn't have to charge anything extra. . .
Highly customizable project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature I like is that tasks and subtasks can be customised on the fly as per the agile model and that iterative updates can be shared with specific stakeholders. This makes it a one-stop platform enabling all to collaborate effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the function to create charts from the data available in Planner easily. Also, the mobile interface could be better in displaying the data and updates made on the desktop site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday planner has provided an effective platform to collaborate amongst stakeholders, internal and external. Tagging stakeholders in updates leads to prioritisation and faster response to achieve the desired outcome.
