Great for Organizing Team Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Able to create projects with a variety of parameters, such as tags, dates, people etc. Very easy to utilize amongst peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are updates made and most of the time everything had been going smoothly and the update is not an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep track of project status that is shared with other team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product for managing demands in big corporate teams with complex structures. Love the freedom in customization for diffent types of workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use is more focused on internal demands. Would like to see more integration with external channels of communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our need to collaborate with different teams inside the company and keep track of different projects and tasks in a centralized way.

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility and easiness of the navigation. It is very intuitive when used right. It is easy to use and understand, i.e. no need for an extended training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Use of too many colours. It is a little distractive in UI but the flexibility of the settings makes it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent tool for tracking everything from day-to-day activities to OKRs.
Game changing tracking tools, lack of backup options.
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly customizable, and the charts and forms make quickly adding and viewing items a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint is that there is no built-in exporting to backup your boards every xx amount of time, in the event the servers go down (and they do go down).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to migrate from spreadsheets and manual order management resulting in deadlines being missed and revenue leakage. We were also able to stop relying on email and other communication methods to track bugs, also resulting in things being missed.
Super helpful and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
We've come to use it for many different purposes. From planning email calendars to monthly metrics dashboards, it's super versatile and pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few ways it could be more flexible - different number formats within a column, different section columns on a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing large projects, consolidating information, calendar planning. It's great to have one tool with so many helpful ways to use it.

GitLab integration its not that good, and GitHub integration is out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our roadmap was kind blurry, without good planning, and our backlog was everywhere.
Great way to organize my team and our Sprint rhythms
What do you like best about the product?
A great way to visually stay organized. I use the Kanban visual for my team's weekly touchpoints. Tasks can be easily linked to other department's tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes confusing when looking for other context/descriptions for tasks in other departments (icons don't always update).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management amongst team. Understanding requirements and acceptance criteria. Tracking of time spent on tasks.
Monday.com - Best Product for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is next generation tool for better project management, fully configurable, and timeline management. I really like UI/UX for Monday.com, it is very smooth and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes `Search everywhere` feature is not able to scan properly in all the boards and it takes a lot of time to perform it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We heavily use monday.com for project management and collaboration. It is the best tool I have ever worked with. All the teams in our company use this and collaboration between teams regarding projects is super smooth now.
The system is clean, easy to use and never results in information overload.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is so simple to use, incredibly flexible, and takes only a few hours to learn. New employees can pick it up in a week and existing employees have no trouble in switching to it as an alternative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are one or two things the system does not yet allow for that would make the entire process slightly more powerful. I would like more flexibility in graphing users tasks and burn-down charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company had massive issues tracking and recording tasks that our team was focused on. Many of our dormant projects were not being revisited because we did not have successful methods of storing our project milestones lists and notes.
The daily mail feature helped us stay on top of current tasks and plan our future tasks. When we paired this with the "My Work" section we noticed a massive improvement in the overall control of tasks and deadlines.
