Using monday.com for business analysis operations
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to create a board for organising my activities in a structured manner, which helps me in the day to day and prompts me through automations to follow-up any activities. Keeping an eye on everything can be difficult, but with monday.com I managed to build some good discipline on my work, so I could always be on time. All my informations were also shared and I believe in general the boards I have used have helped me boost the company's communication and synergy, making everyone accountable and included.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have loved for more integrations between monday.com and microsoft power bi, so that some of my reporting activities were automated through the connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ad hoc activities which require scrupolous tracking, as well as day to day operations. Tracking of marketing and sales campaigns, expenses, purchase requests and in general for any required project which needed supervising, testing and reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Establish what each board will be used for, and how they will wor together, so that you can use the automations at your best disposal and make the boards communicate with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday lets our creative team work collaboratively seamlessly. Keeping track of projects, clients and tasks with its intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints with the service. Support is brilliant and there are plugins to suit all needs of your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely is made easier with this tool. It has allowed our sales team to go paperless and cover sick staff easier as all information is in the one spot.
A very reliable platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using Monday.com is that it is straightforward and flexible. Even non-techy users can understand how to use this platform. As well as seeing the progress, the users can also see which team is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, all the features of this platform worked perfectly, except when I was using the mobile version, I would have to refresh the page to see the newest activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this platform, we can keep track of the current status of each of our tasks according to the set deadlines. It was also helpful for keeping track of our work schedules.

My only recommendation for those who have doubts about trying monday.com is to try this, and I am sure they won't regret it.

The progress tracking of each task, helps me see which tasks I should prioritise.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I would like to see is the daily automation of subtasks, I can currently do it for tasks but having it for the subtasks would make my board look more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a platform such as monday allows other members of staff to see what tasks I am doing and if they could be of any help. This has helped performance increase.
I use Monday everyday, it allows me to schedule each event or task, so I can do everything on time.

I can keep tracking my tasks, appointments and notes, it is easy-to-use, collaborative, and a highly visual tool and enables you to organize and prioritize projects in a fun, flexible, and rewarding way.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike, is that you cannot change the appearance settings and the free and entry-level plans are particularly limited, also, it's not easy to integrate with softwares such as Power BI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems that I'm solving with Monday are to empower my teams to ideate, plan, manage, and celebrate their work together in a collaborative, productive, and organized way and some benefits are that we can organize our tasks, set reminders, manage deadlines and integrate to Microsoft.
I love Monday to keep track of everything on my plate!

Monday lets you customize everything to what will work for YOU! I love this about the most- the ability to manipulate boards for exactly what you need!

There's nothing about Monday I don't like!

In the business I'm in (and every business) there are SO many small details that have to come together for our products. I love that I can make custom "databases" in Monday with multiple labels, check boxes, or whatever I need to ensure the details are never forgotten.

Spend time with it! There's so many functionalities to sift through, but it's worth it- find what works for you and your life will be bliss!

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of processes helps me notify the work team of everything they need to know in each project and the tasks they must complete. I can also know the process of each of them so I can evaluate their performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now I have nothing to say, but if you can lower the costs, especially for Latin America, it would be really good. Perhaps having an affiliate system for anyone who wishes to share this beautiful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The truth is, too many. I use Monday more than just as a platform for managing projects; I use it for my everyday life to be able to have control over many things both externally and in my personal life.

Easy, Smart and to the point

Monday is very simple and easy to use. you can easily build your own custom task tracking/ backlog planning/ bug tracking and project management needed dashboard.

program planning templates are a bit bulky and hard to change and less intuitive than the backlog and bug tracking ones we use. improving them and simplifying the usage to be more familiar but still simple as in MSP will be great.

Managing Projects has never been so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customisation that Monday.com offers. I can really cater to each of my different projects' requirements, from board views to reporting to automations. The colour-coding is a great bonus too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that some of the integrations I would like to have, are not yet available in the platform. I would ideally like to integrate Monday.com into Sage Intacct, Salesforce, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has provided greater transparency and communication within my organisation. We can see what everyone is up to, how we are tracking in terms of progress, and what projects we currently have on the go.

If you're scaling up, this is a great tool to use to keep track of your growing team, projects, and new opportunities. The price is worth it for the quality and customisation for the product you receieve.
