What do you like best about the product?
the agility of having everything controlled by a single platform, controlling my projects and my deliveries has become much easier and more practical, not to mention that the platform doesn't let you forget any commitments.
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult to criticize, as I really liked the platform, maybe simplify the management method even more, making it easier to locate and manage each project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
practically all my problems were solved, we had many problems with traceability with the platform it is possible to locate everything I draw, like when it was, who it was, what time it was, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
In the modern workplace, where flexibility and communication are key to keep projects moving forward, Monday.com has been an invaluable tool for our company. We are a startup with a flexible work environment, which means our employees sometimes work from home or are on the road representing the company. So it is crucial that we have a tool to organize and assign tasks on projects to ensure we're all on task and maintaining accountability and ownership of those duties. Monday is easy to use, and has a relatively low learning curve compared to other options in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found difficulty with on Monday is moving sub-items around on projects. Sometimes we will have a project assigned out, but realize it needs to be folded into something else. When that happens, if it had any subitems, you cannot just move it into the bigger project where it's being absorbed. So you have to remove all the subitems to move it, or delete the item and start over as a new sub-item, which means you could lose some of the information that was entered. It's not a massive problem and has only come up a couple of times, but it is a bit of an inconvenience when it arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small company, and we have to be super-flexible with our day-to-day task management, and we all need to be aware of what one another is working on in case we need to jump in unexpectedly. Monday makes it easy to assign out tasks and provides transparency in the workplace.

Easy to Use Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track projects in a way that is visually easy to follow. Subtasks help keep everything relevant under one project and deadline markers make it easy to see what is on track and what needs to be worked on next.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found it harder to keep track when you have many different projects going simultaneously, especially if you are not labeled as responsible. My team often has to tag my name for me to see what is happening to be alerted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage large and complex, multuple steps, multiple people, multiple team projects. Monday has saved us time because it keeps us organized and helps us to prioritize what tasks are the most important.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the program has to be how customizable it is. We have multiple clients needing a personalized experience so it makes it easier for us and them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will admit there is a learning curve, and I am still learning daily. Some of the features are a bit over my head and do take time to use them to their full potential. Luckily, I can usually find a tutorial to help, but time is still spent to figure it out to the extent I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agency had the issue of having lots of projects going on at once and struggling to prioritize as well as track these projects. With Monday boards and groups we are able to prioritize, track, record, and more. This has allowed us to complete more tasks in less time than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I hugely recommend Monday.com, but don't miss out on the onboarding. Take the time to complete it and take your time with it. The onboarding will teach you the foundation you need to use the program to its full potential.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the way that it makes clear to check on status and also to share info with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I still did not find a particular thing I dislike about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking individual sprints for projects and also having a board dedicated for an overview of all ongoing projects. It makes our lives easier with a glimpse and everyone stays aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a company where, apart from managing the HR process, I am also one of the global specialist recruiters. Monday.com helps me with my daily tasks, I have customized my work boards, I have created my own ATS and HRSM using monday.com, it helps make my work easier and best of all, I can export the report of my completed daily and weekly tasks and share this report with my boss with great ease.
I really can't live without this tool!!! Besides the ones I mentioned earlier, I can have other automated boards that allow me to see in real-time the status of my selection processes and details of a specific candidate.
I swear it's the best thing that has happened to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automations or updates of an item take time to update, but nothing that can't be managed with a lot of patience. Another aspect I don't like is that when uploading images or attaching files to an item within tasks, I sometimes have to repeat this step several times, and that makes me take some time that I could use for other activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delegating tasks has been a great help for me since I discovered monday.com. I can simply assign the task to a specific team member or to my colleagues and see the status in real-time. It's like magic!!!

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great place to collaborate as a team for work. It allows us to set tasks for teams and individual members so that we make sure all items are completed on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think i have anything to dislike about teams. Everything works as advertised, there have been no issues with 3rd party tie in apps, but i have only been using it for about 9 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to make sure that everyone in the department is aware of each other member's tasks and requirements for the department or team. Communication is always an issue within teams, and Monday helps solve that.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking tasks and being able to organise future work. Very good to look at the delivery of projects, and to collaborate with colleagues on pieces of work. Great overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be annoying to log in sometimes haha. However I dont see anything i dislike really! It just can be hard to learn at first, and also to set up the seperate sections and delivery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to pace and organise your work is my biggest benefit. Also having a handy place to put notes too. I think its great due to the way that you can interact with your team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can keep track of every single part of our software projects on Monday. All of the tasks are outlined specifically for the developers. They're able to comment as needed. It keeps everything in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that I cannot use the subtasks and just the hours column. When subtasks are connected to the board, you have to add subtasks to make the hours populate - you cannot just add tasks with hour estimates. So I am often times making a task, then having to make a subtask with the same content just to get the hours required to populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving large-scale problems for our clients by using Monday. Our team is significantly more balanced and prepared for work when we use Monday to it's full capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
I can be organized, but I struggle. I used the trial first, and I think I may have used it more thoroughly than anyone before. I really put it through he paces, so upgrading was a no brainer. Being able to load files, view calendars, get notifications, reminders and more ins invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot that I dislike, but the mobile app gets confusing. Also, I do wish that I could link items from different boards together more easily. Other than that its just about perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganization in my team was a problem. No one knew what my salesman was doing, I would get a project done and it would sit because emails would get lost and there was no centralized way to store information. Monday.com is a lifesaver.
