Best software for communication between co-workers
What do you like best about the product?
We prefer Monday.com because the software user friendly and colorful also has many features such as pipelines and assigning tasks for each employee. Also, notifications are sent by Email—a great software to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is perfect, but we have some suggestions to have another view for each member; for example, the developer can see the task in more detail than the managers or leaders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were a lot of problems we faced before Monday.com solved, such as the coordination between employees and having a tunnel for each project or plan in such a beautiful interface to help employees work.

To better plan, use monday.com
Monday makes it incredibly easy to track tasks and share timelines / status
What do you like best about the product?
The task boards make it really easy to track current tasks (and subtasks) in order to better determine timelines and the current status of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres really nothing that i "dislike" about monday. The free tier is more than adequate for our company for the time being - and when we raise our next round I'm eager to take advantage of some of the paid "Pro" features.

We primarily use monday to track timelines and task management.

What do you like best about the product?
My Work is probably the best feature of monday.com. It allows me and my staff to work on what's important and never lose track of assignments. We tried several other products before ultimately deciding on monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any part of monday.com; however, I would like to see more help info when creating automation. It can take a while to figure out how to automate, but this is probably as a result of so much flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem was prioritizing projects/tasks. monday.com has simplified this process and reduced the number of items that fall through the cracks. Our weekly team meetings are also more organized due to monday.com

Take the time to play with all the features. This software is highly flexible and can be overwhelming to use.
Has everything we need to organize at the moment. We choose it because it's super easy to use.

It's super easy to use. Very friendly and easy to adapt to your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a calendar (Like the view) and you can't integrate Mac calendar to Monday (You can do something similar but it's not easy and not good)

I like the color wonderful and easy of used the product also the navigation between the projects and assign tasks to the team member for each project so easy to assign and track

There is nothing to dislike, but I love the way the software works and It would be great if you integrated with outlook or Email so the task progress will appear to each member

The main problem I solved using Monday.com communication and coordination between each project team member, but finally we save time when we used Monday.com to coordinate our work

Ability to easily share common items with external companies for collaboration and transparency.

Nothing really, the features added in the last 2-3 years have covered all of the initial challenges/wishes we had.

Monday.com helps my large team stay on top of all projects that we have going on. It makes my life so much easier!!

It is a little tricky moving things around on the different boards.

We are solving communication errors by having the ability to updreal time and put notes.
Helps a busy Tax Office
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep our tax office organized. We do over 2000 tax returns and needed a way to track each client. Monday surpassed our expectations in managing our walk-in clients and drop off clients

There is a learning curve in setting up all boards we use.
