A Very Helpful Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very flexible. It is easy to visually create boards with different structures and fields that fit various projects. I chose this over other solutions for how quickly I could test and implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the notification system was a little more sophisticated, like if I could turn off email notifications when building out a lot and setting up assignments so that users don't get bombarded. A batch email that rolls up all of the items to notify would be better than individual ones for each thing in those cases. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this for collaboration on projects across various teams. Its been a great way to centralize work and files and keep everyone in the loop at once. This has cut out a lot of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The order, i think to get the perfect match o timing in my projects, this option fills all the spaces in my work is easy to work with. the other thing is, the page that shows quickly in the explorer
What do you dislike about the product?
the home page gets a like tricky when you open the first time the web browser, this happens with all my browsers all the time in the first start up in my work pc and my personal pc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm having more clarity in my work, time improvement, efficiency in my activities checklist, and more control to others information, sometimes the persons dont aks you the same twice because is in monday and thats cool.

Monday.com has shown itself as a very operational platform that helps to keep the KPI levels and provide an insight to our new employees when joining the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about the Monday.com functionality. Of course, I don't use the whole infrastructure of this planning solution, but in overall I like everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track my sales team to ve more efficient, also I track my support and operations team to be sure that they are handling all the tasks properly. Also, I track marketing activities.

How easy it is to use. They even have an app! Great way to communicate with your co-workers and keep up to date on all of the files we are working on making sure that everyone is on the same page.

Making sure that all co-workers are on the same page with all the files. Before we had Monday we would have to make sure we would text or email and sometimes that wouldn't happen. Now there is a spot we can all look an communicate

Monday Helps You Accomplish Anything!
What do you like best about the product?
Its a shared space for my entire team to utilize. We have members working all hours of the day and night. Monday helps us communicate with notes and tags, so no one is out of the loop EVER!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot going on at times so you need to keep Monday clean and organized. With so many options of things to track, if you're not being tidy, it can get cumbersome. Thankfully it's so easy to stay organized on Monday that its just a matter of keeping things flowing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're making sure that we can track claims filed for lost packages and track returns so that every customer has an entire team of support. Were realized that with one unified front where all tracking is held, we can easily be on top of our customers' issues and resolve them with ease.

The overall design of Monday is very nice, the functionality is constantly evolving. It fits all types of teams or products

Sometimes it is quite complicated for newcomers to quickly get to grips with the features / also / linking boards is sometimes complex

The color palette is perfect. Very user friendly

Desktop App not fully translated to Spanish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our ticket managing system where i work. It's been great so far. Very Intuitive and user friendly. Very customizable and flexible when you are adding teams, backlogs and versions of the feature you are working on. We are working on lot of things at the same time, maybe even within the same task. Some are working on v1 while others starting the v2. So all of that plus color selection give a great visual idea who is working where and doing what.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've never used another product for doing the same thing. Monday meets all my needs. Everything I needed to adapt, I was able to, and it was easy to pick up on how to use it. The new colleagues also pick on Monday very fast. The dark mode is excellent, and color selection is great for visual orientation. If flexibility is a must for you, then Monday is a great choice.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com helps all my colleagues and me keep track of our current and future work. I like the flexibility and the modular expandability of the provided features. If we find a bug or request a new feature, we receive responses from the support very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, features that were working well are not working anymore, as the integration of built-in monday.com calendars in existing google calendars. It would be nice if such handy features would work in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our projects, multiple people are working on different tasks, but in the end, everything has to fit together. With monday.com, we can easily assign tasks to the responsible person and use the internal conversation feature to ask any questions. We can also prioritize tasks to know what to finish first.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We tried different project managing tools, and monday.com was the best working solution. monday.com provides the most features, and the support is excellent.
