What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization you can achieve in every board. It allows you to tailor the requirements to move your task and actions to accelerate & facilitate collaboration with your team and make it as seamless as possible. It's also visually very interesting to look at and the in-built dashboards and automations can really help you automate and keep track of tasks and make your life easier.

Interestingly, there was little internal resistance to adapt to change when we made the transition from another tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly it can be challenging to understand how to set up automations, but there is plenty of material online and youtube to help you get the most out of it. It may be good to be able to have a "dialogue" box as a column option, that way you don't have to go into the task discussion to have a look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a general overview in the organization from sales to delivery. Great benefits realized in terms of prioritizing tasks and not letting things slip due to the reminders and agreed internal processes that were set up as a result of our transition to Monday.com
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have different business units (even non-traditional ones) I would really consider this tool as you can make use of Monday.com from highly technical tasks to even creative tasks and all the while managing sales and project management. VERSATILITY is the word I would use. And will help you keep track of tasks that need to be done.

We're using it to manage every employees tasks, create roadmaps, schedules, move tasks through our workflow, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the possibility of using templates for project organization, sharing with my team, and doing agile and visual management.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't remember any negative points.

With Monday, I solved the problem of organizing software development projects in my company, and I was rewarded with more time to dedicate myself to work strategically.

What do you like best about the product?
The amazing UI with all the personalization options, making it practical for any occasion, different projects and work types, with the ability to change everything dynamically

I guess I'd have to say the automation is not sufficient for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a worker I can see my coworkers progressions in any time, and adjust myself to it easily. The productivity raises significantly!
