Don't know how we managed anything without Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com does the work of many people, allows for less stress trying to remember things and allows our business to run smoothly and professionally. Honestly, we don't know how we managed pre Monday.com and if it were to fail and disappear, I think I would too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much (although currently wrestling with trying to integrate from a formula column). Also don't like the fact that we are now 100% reliant on this app. We are hooked, addicted and there is no going back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is multi-facetted with numerous moving parts. Monday.com makes it all run smoothly and is doing the jobs of 2 or 3 staff

I like the formatting of schedules, notifications and automations

Sometimes it's complicated to link arrays together, but those are advanced uses

We manage the tasks of the teams, the progress and the follow-up of the projects.

Monday.com is easy to configure to meet my team's workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem as a manager that uses iPad is the app for iOS, which is not as good as the desktop or browser, which forces me to always use my desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As working from the home team, communication is essential; Monday.com helps us always stay on top of things and avoid having a lot of meetings that would take a lot of time from our busy day.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so flexible that we can store any type of information or organize any project or company effort within this one platform. Options to set boards up with countless columns and information types allows us to keep everything in one go-to spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I dislike about Monday! There are a lot of notifications for tags, etc. that we haven't fully gotten a handle on as a team, but I think that is more of a matter of internal process!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing two different companies on the platform and use it for everything. We house HR documentation, organize invoicing/finances, manage projects, create shared workspaces with clients, and use it for scheduling.

Do the free trial to see if it will be a good fit for your team.

Creating different board's across and handling them separately.

Controlling different boards comes with disadvantages, like you can exactly control the boards when you are not subscribed, even if you are admin.

Online space, accessing from everywhere. Therefore, for all employees, all need is the internet to continue to keep track of their tasks.

Absolut perfect and flexible tool for all of our projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very flexible and matches perfectly for every different need. Several and very other departments of our company are using monday.com right now. From the web- and software development to marketing and controlling. What we like about monday.com too is the massive amount of integrations. So we use it with jot form to make internal processes like business card orders, reorders, workwear orders, etc., intelligent and digital. It all arrives as a ticket/task within the specific board. And the best is: Everyone, even outside the Monday-universe, is kept up to date cause Monday sends updates when a particular status changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really: Nothing! Sure - it's a massive tool with a significant number of features, and it will take some time to identify the best way to use it for your unique needs. But that's a thing you have to do with every tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're managing all of our different small and complex projects through Monday. Without Monday, there would be many tasks we would lose "on the way". On the development side, we help our developers collect all necessary information for the specific job in one place instead of writing loads of e-mails. The benefits are that work gets much more efficient, and essential duties stay focused.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be best if you gave it a chance and overthink how you do things now. It would help if you took some time to explore all the possibilities of Monday and think about how you can use it the best way.

What do you like best about the product?
Create dashboards, be able to assign more than one person to projects, categorize with tags, have everything in one place, the practicality of the platform, and how intuitive it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule content on social media directly from Monday. Maybe it would be a good option as a plugin in one of the paid plans. It would help a lot! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimization of time, have everything in one place, reduce all work to a single platform. It allows you to be more productive and for performance to be much better.

Look at the tutorials, they are very comprehensive, the interface is very intuitive so it will be easy to learn how to use it.
