Simple and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use without sacrificing the power of the tool. With Monday, I manage to meet all my team management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of an "on premise backup" system for the entire account, including all settings, boards, and dashboards contained within it. The dashboards need improvement; there is no interaction between the charts and no interaction between the individual charts and the underlying data tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a tool that has literally allowed me to achieve significant results in a short time in managing my work team. Thanks to the simplicity of creating and using boards, I was able to quickly implement agile work planning and constant monitoring. Moreover, Monday has allowed me to easily manage some phases of my projects, enabling me to independently implement boards for recruitment, requirements gathering, roadmaps, test & trace, Gantt charts, etc.
Thanks to the dashboards, I was able to create basic dashboards for monitoring projects and activities. Additionally, the easy export to Excel has allowed me to use the data collected in Monday in the company's business intelligence.
Today, my team literally couldn't do without Monday.com.

Best PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view the schedule in different formats. The main table and gaant are especially helpful when sharing schedules with my team and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time-consuming to manually update timelines. It would be great to be able to enter in a number of days for each step of the timeline, add a start date and then the rest of the dates autopopulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving organization issues and having one source of truth for project timelines and a place to store all materials for a project has been a life-saver!

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility that I have of the tasks that I have to carry out every day, as well as the designation of users and who is in charge of the projects. Also, i like its intuitive way, which reduces the learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't say that I dislike it, but in that case, it would only be that to unlock all its functions, you have to pay; however, it is worth what it costs. Another thing would be to have more striking notices so as not to lose the new updates in my assigned tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Monday.com, I can have my day organized and see the progress of the tasks I am doing, which helps me internally to have peace of mind, which avoids a lot of stress.

If you need a tool to organize your day-to-day, communicate efficiently with your teammates, and have visibility of the progress of each project, Monday.com is what you are looking, i recommend it!!

Monday is really easy to use and to customize for having the project under control. In addition, external user (typically customers) can be part of a team and can interact with us.

There is nothing that I really dislike about monday: maybe some external functionalities could be better...

In the past, we had a lot of excel spreadsheets back and forward internally and with the customer. Now everything is in one place...
Amazing Way to Orgnazie Timelines!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy ot see the progress of all of my project and keep track of all the deadlines in the respective project!

There is not a single thing that I dislike about Monday.com

The main problems i solve using this program is organising yearl long projects and seeing how each step can be completed to acheive the final result.

How easy it is to get things managed and always know what the status of a task is.Monday.com has proven to be an outstanding solution for project management. Its intuitive and user-friendly interface allows for effortless organization and tracking of projects. The flexibility of the software to adapt to various project types and workflows is particularly impressive. The visualization of projects through various views like Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and lists is not only practical but also visually appealing. Team collaboration is greatly enhanced by the seamless integration of communication tools and the ability to efficiently manage tasks and deadlines. Additionally, the mobility of the app is a significant advantage, allowing access to important information and staying updated on the go.

The time tracking feature ! becaue only one person can book his time at the same time, but many times we have two or three people working on the same task at the same timeWhile monday.com has many strengths, there are also aspects that could be improved. The pricing can be somewhat high for small businesses or individual users, especially when looking to integrate advanced features or larger teams. At times, the plethora of features and customization options can be overwhelming, particularly for new users who need time to acclimate to the platform. Another challenge is that the software can occasionally experience performance issues, especially when managing very large projects with numerous tasks and users.

To have a better overall picture of your project and how everything is going and get a quick notice if any problem comes up.Monday.com streamlines project management by centralizing task organization and communication, improving team collaboration and efficiency. Its customizable platform adapts to various project needs, enhancing clarity and productivity, particularly for remote or distributed teams. This results in more effective project execution and coordination.

What do you like best about the product?
The vast amount of customisation and tailoring you can do to suit various needs and departments. Each employee being able to have their own view of boards using dashboards, meaning they only see what it relevant to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations can be problematic but they are few and fair between - most of the time there are workarounds. Some of the tutorials from monday can be a bit basic, a lot of learning is self-directed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of mirrored columns has enabled top-level changes to be seen by the wider company, in real-time. The dynamic reporting has meant we can make decisions much quicker whereas before we would have to wait for scheduled reports before taking action.

The best part of all that it has so much integration - inside automation and Third party automation like zapier or webhook so i have a lot of fun using monday as data base program and not only self and team managment - Hr - Marketing - Sales - almost every need monday give the solution

some of the sync like facebook ads are not fully working as example it not showing the number of leads correctly but it not big issue for me
