Amazing app for managing projects

Its easy to see all the tasks in one place and organize things

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of attaching files of any kind is so valuable—the automatic updating. Automatic emails. The on-time tracking of processes takes multiple people and steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes but rarely, the pdf will be attached, but some people can't see them, which leads to you having to delete the file and reattaching it. Sometimes you have to manually refresh (f5).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, the time saved by using this software is immeasurable. The convenience of emails alone saves so much time. The ease of viewing files and checking for updates and changes makes my work more efficient and accurate.
Once learnt it's brilliant!

I like the ease of creating and modifying a board to suit your needs and requirements to organize my work and allocate job roles to others. It works really well when a whole company uses it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To begin with, it can be pretty overwhelming, as the amount of learning to use the site properly can be a struggle. But this can be learnt be a few simple tools to ease the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly alert my colleagues if I need something doing with a task. There is also a thread of updates to see what is to accomplish. I love being able to adapt my categories for my needs.

It may seem daunting to begin with, but once you have learned, it is a handy tool for all businesses to use.

Flexibility is the name for monday. We can manage our commercial teams, sales teams, and development teams with the same app.
We used other players before that worked well in Kanban mode, but with fewer flexibilities for different types of use.

Maybe pricing and charge could be a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a company that manage franchises. Today we can basically manage all franchises in the business, and all teams. This is very good for us, included development team, who runs all sprints inside monday.

How easy it is to make tasks and to @ different users. It's also very easy to move items between groups and boards.

I do not dislike anything about this application.

We manage almost all of our workloads on Monday. It's effortless to see where a current task is standing. Creating custom Status' is also excellent.

Little slow on older machines and phones. You want a solid internet connection or it will revert all your changes once you connect again or have a little hiccus on your net

The fact that we can open our Boards to external users (our clients). We work faster,our clients love the interface and frequently ask us about this tool !

The fact that personnal/private Boards are accessible only on enterprise editions. I think it would favour inside adaption if users could handle their private to-dos on the tool, starting on a entry level tier !

Winning time when we launch projects (via templates), clarity of information, and customization. Accessibility of information for external teams. Leads our teams to follow our internal guidelines

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the variety of features and flexibility on Monday.com. I love the feature where you can include the email for each pulse in the email thread for that task and have the task updated automatically without manually updating the task on Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much honestly to dislike about Monday.com. One of the things or suggestions for improvement would be If we can edit those pulse emails and set them ourselves (or set some logic) so that we don't have to manually set them every time, It would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that has been solved with Monday.com is visibility. I can track my and my team's tasks and progress with the help of Monday.com. This helps for better planning and helps us finish our projects on time.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Monday.com is imprrssibe. The ability to set up different boards and organize items at a feature or task level, customoze views for every member of the team, and a user friendly interface for automations are the best parts of Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, I have yet to explore the many integrations to other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agile sprint planning and tracking a product backlog are the main problems Monday solves for me. The benefits are a more efficient way of working and live, clear communication with everyone on the team (product, developers, design, key stakeholders)
