Easily understandable elegance interface
What do you like best about the product?
Easily manage your daily task or even manage your team's task. Collaborators can easily get notified by mail or notification features. Attracted with the personalized experience in the inbox. I love the kanban view of Monday.com where darg & drop cards help me to arrange my/team tasks easily. As a product designer, I can maintain my roadmap of all the products, and my stakeholders can access & see status anytime anywhere on respective restricted boards. The board is all adjustable as per the need like I am using kanban but my team member wants to see in timeline view... so, they can adjust the same board with that view in their login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing... I must say this is an addiction. This tool has many functions. You always love what you do with this tool. Small-small animation plays a big role in this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly manage product lifecycle and easily assign the task by adding a collaborator to it. Comparatively other tools are more painful to manage task and product lifecycle on the same page.

We can show my clients how they are progressing as a team with the projects and we can take corrective actions in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It's seriously like abc and 123 as easy as all CRMs shoukd be! Nothing to be confused about. It's all in here.

I don't know. As of now I like all the things that it can do. I am able to organize my work because of it.

Organization is the first thing cause i easily get confused especially i always muktitask and have other things to do aside from this task.

What do you like best about the product?
Difficult to choose what I like best, so I will list my top favorite things.
First, and perhaps most important to get others on board with using tools like these is the ease of use and getting started—no complicated setup or training folks on how to use it.
Second, there is often a trade-off between ease-of-use and power to customize and tailor to your business. Not so with Monday.com. The ability to add new columns to boards and groups and customize how data is captured and/or calculated is just incredible.
First, and perhaps most important to get others on board with using tools like these is the ease of use and getting started—no complicated setup or training folks on how to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
That I was resistant to using this tool sooner at a previous company, I assumed that the ease of use would be limiting in customizing to my specific needs, but that has not been the case. This tool is highly flexible and surprisingly uncomplicated to build out those customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com serves as our company-wide project management system and often a primary communication tool for project/task status updates as well as planning.

Flexibility, the way you can do boards, groups, new columns, reports are fantastic.
The mobile app is a big help for us as well, and notifications are excellent,

The loading speed can be improved a bit, and the way it works with cache is not the best for us, as you often need to hard refresh to get to the most recent board changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From managing our development sprints to managing app articles and product itself, it's all managed in Monday. We have several automations between intercom and monday as well, so we can streamline the bug fixing process.

Try it out and be patient, after a few days of using it you will see how much it can help you.
Monday.com is a great tool for project management and Agile Framework
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has completely changed how we manage projects and get stuff done. We primarily use this to manage our agile marketing team. Using Monday.com I was able to implement an agile framework and was able to use preset templates to easily set this up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can take some time to customize things and get them set up but they have done a really good job of providing a lot of templates to pull from to save the setup time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a new startup and have tried a number of different methods to manage projects. Monday.com allowed us to implement an agile framework that has solved a lot of issues for us when we are trying to move so quickly each day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you use monday.com be sure to rely on the templates because a lot of them have already been thought out and you will likely find what you need without having to build it from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the best platforms we have used for project management. It is easy to use, and the customizations are nearly endless. I love the fact that we can add in automation to get specific notifications of the status changes on an item.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not very many things that I dislike about this platform. If I had to name one thing, it would be navigating to specific functions, i.e. deleting, duplicating boards, and getting to the recycling bin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems we are trying to solve with Monday.com is project management and reducing multiple workflows across our systems. We have been able to migrate many of our separate spreadsheets for project tracking into one space where individuals across job functions can collaborate and make updates in real time.
The best approach to keep track of projects
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has several features that help me keep track of my work without the assistance of others. If you are working on multiple projects, you can set up a separate board for each one and work on scheduling tasks and storing attachments on that board, which keeps a complete record of everything that happens throughout the project. Because the feast is an affordable subscription-based project management system, it offers templates that can be used for any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing worth highlighting, where the application interface's ease of use, as well as the ready-made templates it provides, make it easy to use and provide good results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By scheduling tasks, adding comments, and keeping attachments in one place, Monday.com has made it easier for me to complete numerous projects at once, allowing me to focus on the finer aspects rather than waste time on chores that don't contribute to the overall success of a project. As a result, I was able to come up with creative solutions to many of the issues I ran against.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if you don't operate in an industry that requires project management, Monday.com is a great option for small businesses that don't have the resources to keep track of all the tasks associated with their projects and who can achieve good project management utilizing Monday.com at an affordable price.
Great way to keep record of tasks and completions
What do you like best about the product?
The easy navigation process and being able to see the tasks assigned by peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much information is displayed in the main screen. I wish it did not look so cluttered by possibly adding tabs?.
