. Price wise great with minimal charges but great support and resources.

. Not user-friendly, the interface will be difficult for someone new to understand it.
.The functionality is not great either sometime double request gets raised and can only be found once the web version is refreshed.

It helped a lot to manage and assign tasks for my project members with ease to accessing the web version anytime. Team is more productive as everything can be tracked in real time

Recommendations is it's a great tool, especially for a small business; however, you need time to understand and identify the use of it as per your requirements. Just give it time, and before creating any live task, use a dummy version to check if everything in your favor.

My task management is daily managed using monday.com. Day to day office working is not possible without Monday as it gives me ease of mind and well-organized workplace for all of my employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is beautiful and even somewhat pleasant to use. The tool is super flexible; it can be used to manage complex software development sprints or family vacations.
What do you dislike about the product?
They lock you into yearly contracts and customer service won't issue refunds if you decide to switch to a different software provider. You'd think that a company with such a great product would stand behind it and give refunds if you decide to swtich.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Monday solves is as an organization tool for tasks and road mapping for products, projects, and deadlines across an entire organization or cross-functional teams.
Great platform for any agency
What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool not only for communication, but also for ease of assigning tasks, and also for time tracking/revenue tracking. It's wonderful as it's truly an all in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a little learning curve, just like anything in life. But the platform itself is wonderful - we love it!

The ability to customize everyone's tasks in a board and then bring the relevant data into a Dashboard to show all that data.

Some of the colors don't look that great and are hard to read in Dark Mode.

Best Project Management software I have found after researching.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple clean interface, easy to work with non technical team members. Intuitive interface and easily accessible via email and internet. Multi device friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost per seat for a team of 5. I have just started up in business and need to be able to add multiple people to work collaboratively. Surely this would be beneficial for you if you provided 10 seats for new startups, so that we can do the work for you to demonstrate how good the product is, and how easy to use, making the users more likely to use this for their own future project.

just do it! try the free version for a short time and pay for the additional functionality when you are used to using it!

What do you like best about the product?
The task management is on point, and setting up the software is relatively easy. I like the mobile app because I can see notifications from my team right away. The comment section is a nice way to interact with people at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to upgrade to a pricier version to get the time management feature. I would like to have a feature to show some boards to my clients.

Task management has become more straightforward with Monday. We also use it to manage projects and leads more effectively.
