An all-round excellent project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's customisability is by far one of its biggest plusses. It's wide range of templates allow the system to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our business. Combined with automations, this makes for an incredibly powerful project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes status updates and automation can glitch. Text widgets on dashboards are supposed to autosave, but we find ourselves often having to retype notes / updates because they fail to save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has solved our capacity forcasting needs, as well as becoming our main project management system. It is also where we have chosen to base our Knowledge Base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a simple and flexible tool to manage capacity, projects, knowledge resources, and change requests, then look no further!

Managing Projects has never been so easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customisation that Monday.com offers. I can really cater to each of my different projects' requirements, from board views to reporting to automations. The colour-coding is a great bonus too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that some of the integrations I would like to have, are not yet available in the platform. I would ideally like to integrate Monday.com into Sage Intacct, Salesforce, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has provided greater transparency and communication within my organisation. We can see what everyone is up to, how we are tracking in terms of progress, and what projects we currently have on the go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're scaling up, this is a great tool to use to keep track of your growing team, projects, and new opportunities. The price is worth it for the quality and customisation for the product you receieve.

What do you like best about the product?
Like the option to monitor all team members' task in one location
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the cells might be confused, maybe add more color options

Too much documentation to handle.
Removing needs of countering employee's tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The "My Work" tab automatically creates a to-do list for your day to day tasks, which means its simple to track every module easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to add tasks directly to the My Work tab, rather than having to add it to a work space first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, it was hard to track the deadlines of all the work I had to complete, Monday has helped me organise that work into an easily trackable and updatable page

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable structuring of boards, easy to ease great features availablitiy. Our organization started to relax once we start using monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in specific, everything I used are very much useful.

Project management, Work flow management, product road mapping, Handling sales requests, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to share data will all the team members across countries.
The flexibility of arranging the boards according to the workflow and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know it well enough, and I am guessing that if I have the time to learn, I'll use it a lot more.

User friendlyness and ease of access to application on mobile and on the desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the amount of notification you can get so it is time consuming sorting the filters etc when first using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Being so customizable that it works on any project that you throw in to, said it could make you more productive and versatile. Monday.com is created for every task that you make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope in the project, you can see it as a vertical view like an app or something not just horizontal like you always scroll on to see the entire project; maybe it's nice if you click a project you can see call its assets

using monday.com as a team; we work on it side by side, updating each other because we work in a remote area; we have been working like we are with each other, and that as great

Monday.com is very easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
A big reason why I like Monday.com is its simplicity. The interfaces are intuitive and easy to use. It does not require that you undergo lengthy training before using it. I don't have much experience in Project management, but monday.com has made it very easy to manage complex projects. It only takes me to post the project, break it down into sub-activities, assign and set a deadline for each. What could be easier?

It is cost-effective since it doesn't require developers to manage it or constantly redesign the user interface; anyone with a basic understanding can do it on Monday.com.

The third thing I like about monday.com is the collaboration environment. Look, don't get me wrong, I find it hard to manage emails per project, but monday.com has made it easy to interact. I can easily comment on any sub-activity, task, or project to follow up without getting lost, unlike in the long trail of emails. Thank you monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
our organization is currently looking for a better way to manage the budget for the projects. I found a way to automate the calculation(Budget vs actuals) on monday.com but the currency is in dollars. I wish we could have options for more currency. I am currently in South Africa

I also wish Monday, com could intergrate MS PROJECT
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't like to micro-manage activities, but monday.com helped us to monitor the performance of every team member. I can say the employees are currently managing themselves to reflect good performance and progress on monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the platform, the flexibility when it comes to creating boards for different purposes and solid reporting that makes reading data easy for everyone on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a little better, especially by offering localized pricing or providing a monthly / yearly package for the whole company instead of charging per seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting remote teams, following and managing business leads, following up on prospective clients, finding our strengths and weaknesses when it comes to converting leads into clients, general project management, and so on.
