I find Monday very useful and practical tool for organization, teamwork and delegation.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a friendly tool, very easy to use. It helps you with delegation of task in between team and for personal organization as wel. I really like the option of private, public and sharing content with external teams.
Its so easy to export to an excel or import from an excel.
I find it even more useful in this time of pandemia where most of the companies were obligated to have their teams work from home. this is a great way to maintain the organization of presential meetings, delegation of task, organization inside and outisde the company

What do you dislike about the product?
So far I havent had any problems using Monday.
Even when you cant find your away you have the tutoriarls available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a better understanding of the delagation of task within between the team
We have a better organization or hwat has to be done within the company and our internal projects
We have an organize, frinedly and easy way to share the progress of our work within the team, client and even external partners.
I truly like the color coding as I believe visually its very easy to find your way
The remainders are just a gret plus so you never miss a deadline and the different ways to show the progress of an item .

Effective Friendly Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The friendly interface to track and follow up on small details. Its very easy to create sub items and have a complete track of the actions needed for each project. Love the way to create main workspace and dashboards, this is easy to set up and control. I love the integration with MS oulook and the email notifications are good.
One of the other benefits is the web platform that allows to access our dashboards from anywhere and the fact that data is updated in real time provides the benefit to be used by several users at the same time.
In another point it is very important to metion that the security of the tool is very strong, this provides the proper levels of data security that the company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to recover data on small fields when some data is deleted by mistake. Some times the tool is off line, this prevents the normal flow of the operation. Maybe the movil app should be more friendly.
It could be a great support if monday customer service could provide support in more languages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of multiple projects and taks at the same time
Benefits: Accurate follow up / Integration with other apps / Automation
Great way to track historical records of projects completed
Integrate this app with the rest of the company tools, this is very important because we can deliver better time response and improved service level agreements
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be a great asset for your company if you are runnning with several projects of taks at the same time

Easy to use and automate

What do you like best about the product?
I can organize myself and create my own environ
I use it to add my TO-DOS for the week so I never forget anything.
When I have long processes at work, I use Monday to do the workflow so I don't forget any steps.
I love the Learn & Get Inspired section.
I like the email condition, that's a helful reminder.
I like that you can comment and tag.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I like Monday a lot because is reliable.
I like how you are adding new functionality and hearing people's feedback.
I learn cool things from Monday as I deep into your platform.
I would like to see a chat option handy.
I love the fact that you can mark items as solved and still see them later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good way to track past, current and future action items.
I solve human memory issues :P
It has helped me track every step on client's requests.
I like the info boxes/add a note section, that has helped me to simplify emails into notes for each item.
I like how shared projects can be easily managed since you can see comments, statuses and action items.
In our meetings, we go through Monday to talk about topics on each board. So we don't forget anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's such a great platform! Look around every day and you will find ways to automate your work stuff!
Go to the Monday help center for help; they are really understanding and friendly.

Good tool to organize your day to day

What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to use, and it is always helping our company to have activities under control, and when you need to attach files it is easy to do it and it is super fast to upload, the templates that are given to create the boards are really useful and make everything easier :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is kind of slow or takes some minutes to load, also I would like to have a better insight about how an integration can be done, I know you can integrate but I dod not know how to do it, maybe with excel or salesforce would be an excellent option

What do you like best about the product?
I like the task assigning and tracking features on monday.com. It makes staying on track with projects easier. I also appreciate how intuitive the software is. I never miss deadlines on projects anymore as the deadlines are so clear on each task assigned to me. I also appreciate how easy it is for departments to curate their own boards and groups on monday. I also loved how I can track if a task or assignemtn has been viewed by a collague. This lets me know if I need to follow up with them to be sure they've seen a task to ensure that it's completed on time. Also, the color coding really helps to sort through different options and drop-downs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that one of my dislikes is how long it takes to learn the software. The platform is a bit busy to the eyes. It can be overwhelming for new users with all of the toggles and drop-downs. Also, at times navigating boards can be difficult due to the time it takes for boards to load. Spending five minutes or more to wait on a board to load is not the most efficient use of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that I'm able to solve using monday.com is staying on top of all of the projects I currently have on my plate. It makes tracking super easy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would totally recommend using Monday to others. I would suggest training team members thoroughly on the platform before requiring them to use it. Also, Monday.com should offer free training to its users when signing on for the service.

Switched from Teamwork Project to Monday.com - Never looked back!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible/ custom monday.com is. You can create a workspace/work board precisely for your needs. We used to use Airtable/ multiple different applications because there wasn't one platform that suited all our needs until we discovered Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I experience lagging when using monday.com. I'd also like to be able to drag and drop images around on the update section so I can add screenshots easier to updates and position them where I want them within the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to delete most of our subscriptions since we can quote / store passwords / website information / everything ...! within Monday.com saves us money and the hassle of moving from one application to another. We have also created support forms for clients to submit instead of sending us emails which is saving us a HEAP of admin time!

Managing team tasks with different type of views, time tracking and communicate in the same tool

What do you like best about the product?
The different views, timeline, canvas...
It is great to see the list of tasks with their details and at the same time can see a timeline with them or a canvas. It is also pretty good to be able to create dashboard using data from the board and linked to them.
The email push to creat to dos automaticly is great so we don´t need to rewrite everyting in the Monday board. We can just forward the email with all the details. And the creation of tasks by filling the form that I have created directly with Monday.com is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The poor integration between tasks in different boards. To add a related task ir dependency you need to add a column linked to only one Board only. And sometimes the same board need to be linked to more boards, but in the case, we need to add several columns which confuses the users.
It would also be good if we good rearrange the order of the board in the dashboard view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management+ team communication + keeping all historical info and links in the same place.
We've been using a lot of different tools. Project management tools, + communications tool + plus other tools to have API connected to our systems.
With Monday we are migrating most of the thing to the same place. Make our teams life easier and reducing the lost of information and dealines.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the monday.com, not only it is so easy to navigate and explore, but its the fact that I get to collaborate within the Team when working on my projects with ease.

I can't think of anything to dislike at all.

Just working on collaborating within the Team, it is so easy to contribute ideas and share them across all involved parties towards a common goal.
