Dabbled around - but Monday just works

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that Monday is just intuitive. It's colourful, dynamic and has a "material" quality that makes using it feel nice. It's also really flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure what I dislike to be honest. There are things in development which aren't always seamless to use - such as the "docs" pages. I can't copy text out from these easily, but it's quite a new feature. Sometimes editing item titles is also a pain - it skips to the end rather than letting you add something at the start of the title. Pretty tiny stuff really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for keeping myself on track with a personal board, keeping others informed of progress (new development and articles), and creating and maintaining development processes - without needing process documentation!! Also great to be able to update an office rota and annual leave requests on the fly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Regardless of what team you work on in your business Monday.com works for everyone. It's adaptable to however you need to use it and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pay-for features seem like they should be free. For example certain column types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising our customers! It's so easy to share updates and track projects via Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
the agility of having everything controlled by a single platform, controlling my projects and my deliveries has become much easier and more practical, not to mention that the platform doesn't let you forget any commitments.
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult to criticize, as I really liked the platform, maybe simplify the management method even more, making it easier to locate and manage each project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
practically all my problems were solved, we had many problems with traceability with the platform it is possible to locate everything I draw, like when it was, who it was, what time it was, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
it is a good platform that allows you to be on the target of your duties, very easy to create a new task, and include new members of your team on your table
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesn't send you notifications of tasks that you create. and also for the groups that you create, it doesn't allow you to minimize it in your workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is your coworkers can see the duties that you are working on it or the ones that are done. that is great. Also, help you to identify how long you take to finalize tasks.

Monday is a fantastic platform for project tracking

What do you like best about the product?
In the modern workplace, where flexibility and communication are key to keep projects moving forward, Monday.com has been an invaluable tool for our company. We are a startup with a flexible work environment, which means our employees sometimes work from home or are on the road representing the company. So it is crucial that we have a tool to organize and assign tasks on projects to ensure we're all on task and maintaining accountability and ownership of those duties. Monday is easy to use, and has a relatively low learning curve compared to other options in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found difficulty with on Monday is moving sub-items around on projects. Sometimes we will have a project assigned out, but realize it needs to be folded into something else. When that happens, if it had any subitems, you cannot just move it into the bigger project where it's being absorbed. So you have to remove all the subitems to move it, or delete the item and start over as a new sub-item, which means you could lose some of the information that was entered. It's not a massive problem and has only come up a couple of times, but it is a bit of an inconvenience when it arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small company, and we have to be super-flexible with our day-to-day task management, and we all need to be aware of what one another is working on in case we need to jump in unexpectedly. Monday makes it easy to assign out tasks and provides transparency in the workplace.

Best tool money can buy

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Monday.com in 2020 when all the team was working from home due to the pandemic. We needed a tool to keep track of all the tasks and that allowed us have a centralized dashboard to monitor all our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be overwhelming to start a new page from scratch. You need a bit of experience using Monay.com at its best. Sometimes can be tricky to set automations and expecially to stop it if you don't need them anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a centralized dashboard to monitor our business, from invoices to employees' tasks. This allows us to be more productive and focus more on what brings value to our business.

Easy to Use Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track projects in a way that is visually easy to follow. Subtasks help keep everything relevant under one project and deadline markers make it easy to see what is on track and what needs to be worked on next.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found it harder to keep track when you have many different projects going simultaneously, especially if you are not labeled as responsible. My team often has to tag my name for me to see what is happening to be alerted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage large and complex, multuple steps, multiple people, multiple team projects. Monday has saved us time because it keeps us organized and helps us to prioritize what tasks are the most important.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the program has to be how customizable it is. We have multiple clients needing a personalized experience so it makes it easier for us and them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will admit there is a learning curve, and I am still learning daily. Some of the features are a bit over my head and do take time to use them to their full potential. Luckily, I can usually find a tutorial to help, but time is still spent to figure it out to the extent I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agency had the issue of having lots of projects going on at once and struggling to prioritize as well as track these projects. With Monday boards and groups we are able to prioritize, track, record, and more. This has allowed us to complete more tasks in less time than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I hugely recommend Monday.com, but don't miss out on the onboarding. Take the time to complete it and take your time with it. The onboarding will teach you the foundation you need to use the program to its full potential.

Great Experience Overall

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the way that it makes clear to check on status and also to share info with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I still did not find a particular thing I dislike about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checking individual sprints for projects and also having a board dedicated for an overview of all ongoing projects. It makes our lives easier with a glimpse and everyone stays aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixing my individual to do list with team collab tasks, Monday is now my one stop shop for keeping myself and the whole organisation goal focused. Would thoroughly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little pricey per head. But arguably still competitive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business used to be a beehive of unnecessary email activity. Tasks are now more structured and focused.
