We have identified multiple roadblocks within our workflow and have leveraged Monday to minimize and manage them.

I like the possibility of adjusting each board to my needs everything is there. All the automations allow real real-time monitoring without doing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be possible to put several stopwatches, on a row and a column, on the same time slot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday has improved communication between departments, without having to manually notify each person concerned.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and user friendly Monday is to use. Especially with todays ever changing atmosphere, things have been so hectic trying to navigate the new work environment. Monday makes it to where we can keep up with activites and goals that we need to keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike about Monday is that creating a new board seems a bit tricky at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily see what my coworkers are stuck on and may need help with without having to ask them and can easily help where needed.
Monday.com keep me super organized and helps me get things done in a timely fashion.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add tasks and groups and also create multiple boards to keep certain items separate from one another. I also love the color feature where you can change colors when changing the status of a task. It makes it easier for me to see what is done and what needs to be done. Lastly, I love the integration with Slack and my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really at this time; if anything, it would be nice to personalize the look of Monday.com and also boards. Change backgrounds of the whole board text etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization; Monday.com helps me get tasks done on time and also stay organized as more information comes in about the task. Instead of scrolling through emails, I use Monday.com to house all the info I need when working on a specific task.

The Power of Monday.Com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.Com is a potent Project Management tool, but behind its power is its simplicity. The setup of Monday.Com is so simple, and you couldn't believe that it can cover Project Management from top to bottom.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have nothing to dislike within Monday.Com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our day-to-day deliverables, we tackle all sorts of open items, roadblocks, and challenges in our projects. Monday.Com has helped us eliminate all inconsistencies within our project management. It has also helped our team to collaborate more freely with one another, making knowledge sharing enjoyable.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you can add attachments and updates to each individual task and the ability to email an update. The search tool is also great! You can find a board easily without having to scroll to find it. You can also find an individual task. Automations are awesome too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like. Maybe sometimes it can be a little slow to load the boards, but it used to be slower, is a bit faster now.

I used to have a lot of organizational problems and Monday has helped me overcome that. The reminders you can set are great. There is no way I would go back to a spreadsheet to keep track of all the things I have to keep track of.

The need for less manual tasks, currently we still have to do a lot of manual tasks.

That it has everything you need the ability to project manage, track times projects, and also automate into other systems.

Exponential learning curve. Ease of implementation, we were up and running for a team of 20+ people in 2 weeks.

There is nothing that I do not like. Great tool.

Project & team management. Time tracking. Agency & client collaboration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We at Marketinger were struggling with finding a project management tool that would fit our needs. We have several different teams working on joint projects and all of the solutions before Monday were hard to use/understand by some of the teams therefore it never worked out for the whole company. After starting to use Monday (like within 3 weeks for every team and project) we have started to manage our projects much more effectively and planning, time tracking, and time management with Monday is a gamechanger. Many of our clients who see what we are able to do with Monday are starting to implement it within their own organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of use. The fact that it is intuitive and helps me keep track of things & create fast reports, in order to have an overview of my team's work at any time. Everything uploads fast, everything happens quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven't figured out how to cross-use boards. Some of the nicest automations require more time to be set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreaching, keeping track of open convos with clients & follow-up on time, billings, expenses, contracts etc.
