Great addition to day to day work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reminders that you can add to tasks so you keep on top of projects

Sometimes it's a bit clunky to link tables together but not often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for Project managing, keeping on track with ongoing customer onboarding and reporting issues/ideas and developments between teams

What do you like best about the product?
I experimented with many task management systems for my software development team. All were either much too simple (e.g. Trello) or much too complex (e.g. Jira), which Monday.com was a perfect middle ground. I rarely wish that Monday.com could do something that it does not (although sub-tasks could work better - this is a new feature), and the interface is simple and straightforward to non-technical people on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it difficult to find tasks (we have hundreds!). While tasks can be organized in many ways, and I should not be losing tasks, I find that searching for anything other than the title does not work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is keeping our software development projects on track. Tasks can move through our workflow from initiation to launch.
Diverse Business Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the swiss army knife of business tools. We originally signed up to use it for task management. No we use it for Project Management, Task Management, Financial Reporting and so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The monday.com mac app can sometimes be a little slow. But we just run all off the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management: Creating a project management which is customisable to the way WE work.
We aren't required to try and fit our business into someone elses system, it is 100% customisable.

Swiss Army Knife for Small Business Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Monday.com in so many unique ways that it is truly our digital HQ. We're running sprint boards, tracking incoming sales leads, documenting and tracking ongoing work with clients, keeping track of our expenses and most recently using it to help get a handle on our social media content planning and marketing. The flexibility to design boards for whatever your needs are is the most helpful feature for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we do not have anything that has popped up as a negative or frustrating feature or lack of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're tracking our product development work with sprint boards and it has made us infinitely more efficient and focusing and prioritizing. It also has us carefully documenting our work and results!

structure, simplicity to use, dashboards and how easy you can manage them

There is nothing that i dislike. I use it to create, track and manage projects, to assing responsibility, to share the updates in the organization.

We use it for weekly updates in our global and rapidly growing organization, useful to follow up changes in projects and product upgrades

It's easy to use and digest, everyone could work at once! we work on it every single day and all together.

sometimes it bugs a little bit, could be slow.

The UI and US are the best. I love how you can easily move things around to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboard features are hard to set. Also the fact that I can't copy status columns to other boards is quite frustrating.

We describe our move to "Monday.com" as a "Revolution"
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the most dynamic platform we have ever used. It is totally customizable and in our business, we have many different aspects and functions, including 5 different brands. All of these brands use Monday.com and it fits their specific needs perfectly due to their customization abilitites.
What do you dislike about the product?
On all things I must be honest... I do not have dislikes, this software impresses me daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to work across teams in individual tickets (items) clearly and easily is the most beneficial item. Prior to Monday.com all our staff was communicating via e-mail which was a disaster. No we have no issues with lost or clutter feeds of communication.
Great for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday.com because it gives me a single-threaded view of the communication that's happening on any given task. I am also able to assign tasks to different users, set priorities, attach files, like comments and update my comments. I also like the feature of creating different boards and in our case, we create different boards for our clients so the tasks I assign to our team members stays organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when someone from our team would send me a link that refers to the task and I have no clue which task is it. I have to click on it and it will open a new window. I would've preferred it if the task will open on the same window where my monday.com is already open or maybe along with the link is a quick-view like window where the name of the task is shown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I communicate with our company's developers so it's solved the confusion of who will do what because I can assign the task and track its progress. They can also leave messages or comments on the task which will save us time looking where the conversation was if we were to use our company's communication tool.
Great Project Management App
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and integration features are top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Agile Scrum projects, the concepts and hierarchy around epics, features, stories, and tasks are not as seamless. You can get around it though with the current set of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm managing IT tasks for my clients with my team.
