The best platform that has ever existed
What do you like best about the product?
We can be interacting with different departments within the company, whether for client prospecting, payments, refunds, settlements, payroll, vehicle management, tools, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dependency on Monday with third parties, which for some reason one of them fails, causes us users delays in internal processes, these have ranged from 1 to 5 hours, which represents a considerable work stoppage due to the dependency we have on Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had several formula issues that have supported me in this regard, but we would like there to be a more expert video module to create better dashboards or dependencies, since the ones available online are always for standard dashboards. As for benefits, we have shortened the time for authorizations, third-party payments, reimbursements, among others, by doing them from the app on cell phones and eliminating Excel sheets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is the best application to unify all company tasks and see each employee's performance in real time. It is a stable, fantastic, and low-cost application.

Exceptional tool for visual planning and organizing, Scrum and Kanban compliant - just a great great tool

No Notes! it is great we all use Monday daily, it is a fantastic tool

improved workplace comms, especially in a remote work environment

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is super user friendly, that is my favourite part. There are lots of project management tools out there, but Monday gives you a straightforward approach. It truly keeps me organized and I can see this system scaling with my team no matter how big we get!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to say at this point. If anything, I wish I set up the boards better at the start, but that's on me... Ive learned an adapted and now things are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team stays organized, we stay on track and are able to set expectations with clients.
An great platform to help your team or to you for yourself
What do you like best about the product?
The best is the Time Tracking Column with Formula Column. You can combine both to control how much time you spend on each task and use the Formula Column to get minutes that you spent and multiply by a value like a price per hour or other values to get other metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find metrics to integrate with formula column and time tracking to get metrics like: "how much I earn in the last week or month", for these metrics, I use a third-party app to export the time tracking data to generate those graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company usually organizes the tasks for each project, Monday is perfect for that task, as we can add multiple columns to track each step of each task and use the time tracking column to track how much time we spend on this project. And I have a personal account for my freelancers and to help me remember to do some university assignments.

If you are looking for a platform to help you organize your tasks, manage SCRUM projects, or just want a place to control your freelance hours, Monday will be perfect.
BEST WAY TO STAY ORGANIZED
What do you like best about the product?
Having multiples projects to work on has never been easy to get organized with, but with Monday.com, we can keep track of every small detail we have going on with a specific project. Letting the entire team know when something has been completed, and we don't have to worried about falling behind anymore. I'm able to keep up with work from any location; either I'm on the computer, tablet, or mobile device, I can always check on progress and stay ahead of the game with monday.com. Using Monday has also helped my team been to be able to mark our due dates for specific projects and moved them if their priority has changed without having to stop other projects. We can split work between our team without stopping and discuss who is doing the specific task and what to do next. I'm also able to clock in the hours that I have work in a week without losing track or buying an application to fill my hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen a downside from using this website since we have begun using it. I have started to find multiples used for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our department has multiple parts items that we need to order for specific projects, and with Monday.com, ordering material has never been more accessible. We can now organize the tasks and let our team know what we have order and what is missing.

Great Project Management Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature of the monday.com platform is Live Time Tracking. It accurately captures billable hours. A bonus is the terrific API documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the lack of built-in apps and the lack of integrations with other software. Softwares like Salesforce would heavily benefit from having an OTB intrergration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems that monday.com tackled for our company were helping us remember things and remember delegated tasks. It also allows a remote team to have transparency with who is doing what. Our clients having visibility to our board is a huge help as well/

What do you like best about the product?
I really like its easiness as monday.com is the best platform to know about what is going on in the workplace. Most importanlty its adding and copying the data feature is really great and it seems really fine. aprat from these monday.com's adding the document to text and zip folders i like the most becuase it is super easy to use those feature and I can share my files without and interpretation to everyone in the company. Also I like the feature of anyone can see anybody's workspace and can get the idea about who is working on which project basically this is great feature according to me as you get the idea which project is going on and what is the development in that project. Moreover, i really love the searching tool as if you forget on what project you working on as there are many projects going on in the compny but if you want to find out specific project so with the help of searching tool you can easily find out about the project you wokring on which is really great and easy to use according to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no any things that I dislike about monday.com. Because I like monday.com so much therefore I do not have any dislikes about it. As monday.com seems easy to use, faster way and you can share your data with anyone in the company. So I would say monday.com is best app to use these days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some projects going on, and it is good that on monday.com I can put the deadline of the project, so everything goes well. Therefore, we can solve that issues or project prolems using monday.com and we can assign work to anyone just aading the name of the person so i think it is really great tool to solve and updates about any project problems you have in your company.

As i hav mentioned above monday.com is really easy to use and i have used it much better so i can say that this is good tool to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Might be issues around sharing confidential info with SaaS but that's always the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developers use GitHub issues as project tickets - keeps tickets close to the code and GitHub added value stuff. Management add project management metadata on top
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better than any of that atlassian ****. I've used 10 such products over 24 years of work. Best I've seen.
Great app to track and monitor my team progress

It keeps me updated on the project status via notifications on mobile or desktop

I don't find anything that I don't like. Every features of monday.com are beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's a lot of problems we had when we don't have this platform. We can't track our tasks, but now we can track and keep our boss be updated.
