Great Collaboration and Project Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use various forms of collaboration with team members and track project progress easily. It's nice to be able to add an informal checklist to a pulse or sub-pulse for further task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the scroll targets leave something to be desired. Searching and filtering work reasonably well but there are speed issues. Almost all issues I've had have improved over time and Monday has consistently improved on the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an avenue for team collaboration and project reference, Monday has been great. Small notes can be made so nothing is forgotten, entire conversations can be saved, and the interface is reasonably intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday has consistently improved but does have some issues with responsiveness and speed. I recommend it, but it's lacking the performance potential that a native or offline option would provide.

Ability to easily share common items with external companies for collaboration and transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, the features added in the last 2-3 years have covered all of the initial challenges/wishes we had.

If you are working on MVP projects and want to maintain the timelines, this is the best space to manage in.

Monday.com helps my large team stay on top of all projects that we have going on. It makes my life so much easier!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little tricky moving things around on the different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving communication errors by having the ability to updreal time and put notes.
Helps a busy Tax Office
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep our tax office organized. We do over 2000 tax returns and needed a way to track each client. Monday surpassed our expectations in managing our walk-in clients and drop off clients
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve in setting up all boards we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our tax clients, payroll clients, and bookkeeping clients.
Great tool for simplifying processes with automation/integrations!
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday.com Dev team is always working on the next innovation. Thinking many steps ahead, and offering their users functions that make everyone's jobs a little easier. Their automation and integration tools continue to amaze me and our team as we grow as a company and develop new processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd have to say, our company requires a massive data dump to function. With such a large board comes automation delay. Which doesn't cause too much of an issue because they're still functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation, data input, team notifications, task delegation, task management, activity log, time tracking, Human Resources, content creation, forms, Scheduling work boards, data management overall!

Its very easy to use, notifications and integration with slack

Subitems estimations don't sum up in the total item estimation

A very flexible project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
How it allows you to construct your boards however you wish. Being able to add different columns of varying types, even adding in formulae, provides a really accessible way to view your project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes suffers some downtime which can be very inconvenient when all your business processes are based on it. It may be that monday.com isn't UK based so do their maintenance in what would be our business hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to find a way to maintain projects which can all often work quite differently. monday.com has allowed us to work in a variety of different ways across different projects.
PANDEMIC LIFESAVER
What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one features. My team was able to transition on and off-campus effortlessly due to its duality. We can communicate 24/7, streamline efforts and share live-time updates and track team productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming when you first get on, but once you get used to it, it's great. I also wish they had more creative templates and more affordable pricing - but still good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to monitor the progress of projects and track productivity - from anywhere. It made office operations much more seamless and taught us that less is more and organization is key.
