Dynamic project management panels which allow you to tailor them based on your day2day business operations
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you cannot create rules on the existing automations. For example if the formula generates a specific result then to change status to completed and move to completed tasks group

What do you like best about the product?
Semplicità di utilizzo senza rinunciare alla potenza dello strumento. Con Monday riesco a sopperire a tutte le mie esigenze di gesione del team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manca un sistema di "on premise backup" dell'intero account, quindi di tutte le impostazioni, boards e dashboards in esso contenute.
Le dashboard vanno migliorate, non c'è interazione tra i grafici e non c'è interazione tra i singoli grafici e le tabelle dati sottostanti.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com è uno strumento che mi ha permesso letteralmente di ottenere importanti risultati in poco tempo nella gestione del mio team di lavoro. Grazie alla semplicità di creazione ed utilizzo di boards sono riuscito ad implementare in breve tempo una pianificazione agile del lavoro ed un monitoring costante. Inoltre, Monday mi ha permesso di gestire molto facilmente alcune fasi dei miei progetti, riuscendo ad implementare, in totale autonomia, board per il recruitment, la raccolta requisiti, le roadmap, il test & trace, i gantt, ecc...
Grazie alle dashboard ho potuto creare dei cruscotti basici per il monitoring di progetti ed attività. Inoltre, la facile esportazione in Excel mi ha permesso di utilizzare i dati raccolti in Monday nella business intelligence aziendale.
Oggi il mio team non potrebbe fare letteralmente a meno di Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing what other parts of our business are working on; it has also integrated seamlessly with our Shopify store, so that has been a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike about it, the only issue we have found is getting people actually to use it over emailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what other parts of the business are doing quickly and what has been scheduled for the upcoming weeks & months

If your team are struggling with organisation and remembering specific dates, its a great tool to store information that anyone of your team can access at any point,

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view the schedule in different formats. The main table and gaant are especially helpful when sharing schedules with my team and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time-consuming to manually update timelines. It would be great to be able to enter in a number of days for each step of the timeline, add a start date and then the rest of the dates autopopulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving organization issues and having one source of truth for project timelines and a place to store all materials for a project has been a life-saver!

The visibility that I have of the tasks that I have to carry out every day, as well as the designation of users and who is in charge of the projects. Also, i like its intuitive way, which reduces the learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't say that I dislike it, but in that case, it would only be that to unlock all its functions, you have to pay; however, it is worth what it costs. Another thing would be to have more striking notices so as not to lose the new updates in my assigned tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Monday.com, I can have my day organized and see the progress of the tasks I am doing, which helps me internally to have peace of mind, which avoids a lot of stress.

If you need a tool to organize your day-to-day, communicate efficiently with your teammates, and have visibility of the progress of each project, Monday.com is what you are looking, i recommend it!!

Monday is really easy to use and to customize for having the project under control. In addition, external user (typically customers) can be part of a team and can interact with us.

There is nothing that I really dislike about monday: maybe some external functionalities could be better...

In the past, we had a lot of excel spreadsheets back and forward internally and with the customer. Now everything is in one place...
Amazing Way to Orgnazie Timelines!

It is very easy ot see the progress of all of my project and keep track of all the deadlines in the respective project!

There is not a single thing that I dislike about Monday.com

The main problems i solve using this program is organising yearl long projects and seeing how each step can be completed to acheive the final result.

It only takes a few clicks to create, validate and assign a task to someone.

There's not much I don't like about it.
What is missing is the possibility of having a central panel, and from this one, you can assign tasks to other boards and follow them up.
