Very User-friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic project management panels which allow you to tailor them based on your day2day business operations
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you cannot create rules on the existing automations. For example if the formula generates a specific result then to change status to completed and move to completed tasks group
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing staff roles and responsibilities. Reviewing the team's deliverables
I woul love to have a most clear onboarding flow, it take time to understand feaures that u have!

Simple and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use without sacrificing the power of the tool. With Monday, I manage to meet all my team management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of an "on premise backup" system for the entire account, including all settings, boards, and dashboards contained within it. The dashboards need improvement; there is no interaction between the charts and no interaction between the individual charts and the underlying data tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a tool that has literally allowed me to achieve significant results in a short time in managing my work team. Thanks to the simplicity of creating and using boards, I was able to quickly implement agile work planning and constant monitoring. Moreover, Monday has allowed me to easily manage some phases of my projects, enabling me to independently implement boards for recruitment, requirements gathering, roadmaps, test & trace, Gantt charts, etc.
Thanks to the dashboards, I was able to create basic dashboards for monitoring projects and activities. Additionally, the easy export to Excel has allowed me to use the data collected in Monday in the company's business intelligence.
Today, my team literally couldn't do without Monday.com.

Good all round experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing what other parts of our business are working on; it has also integrated seamlessly with our Shopify store, so that has been a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike about it, the only issue we have found is getting people actually to use it over emailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what other parts of the business are doing quickly and what has been scheduled for the upcoming weeks & months

If your team are struggling with organisation and remembering specific dates, its a great tool to store information that anyone of your team can access at any point,

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view the schedule in different formats. The main table and gaant are especially helpful when sharing schedules with my team and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time-consuming to manually update timelines. It would be great to be able to enter in a number of days for each step of the timeline, add a start date and then the rest of the dates autopopulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving organization issues and having one source of truth for project timelines and a place to store all materials for a project has been a life-saver!

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility that I have of the tasks that I have to carry out every day, as well as the designation of users and who is in charge of the projects. Also, i like its intuitive way, which reduces the learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't say that I dislike it, but in that case, it would only be that to unlock all its functions, you have to pay; however, it is worth what it costs. Another thing would be to have more striking notices so as not to lose the new updates in my assigned tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Monday.com, I can have my day organized and see the progress of the tasks I am doing, which helps me internally to have peace of mind, which avoids a lot of stress.

If you need a tool to organize your day-to-day, communicate efficiently with your teammates, and have visibility of the progress of each project, Monday.com is what you are looking, i recommend it!!

Monday is really easy to use and to customize for having the project under control. In addition, external user (typically customers) can be part of a team and can interact with us.

There is nothing that I really dislike about monday: maybe some external functionalities could be better...

In the past, we had a lot of excel spreadsheets back and forward internally and with the customer. Now everything is in one place...
Amazing Way to Orgnazie Timelines!

It is very easy ot see the progress of all of my project and keep track of all the deadlines in the respective project!

What I like best about Monday is how easy it is to manage tasks and schedules.
It only takes a few clicks to create, validate and assign a task to someone.

There's not much I don't like about it.
What is missing is the possibility of having a central panel, and from this one, you can assign tasks to other boards and follow them up.
