Good for simple projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a little bit no-frills which can be good and bad - on the positive side, it means it's easy to learn how to use and for anyone to jump in a look at a project!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's a relatively simple project management platform, it can be harder to use for more complicated projects/sprints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing that's really useful is the ability to have all of our employees submit tickets to Monday and keep track of their status

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday.com is we can track our projects and set the time using this types of features we can easily manage our projects and complete the project with in a time-line

Monday.com is a very good software for Project Management there is nothing to dislike about it because it provides all necessary features and functions that we required in this software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of using Monday.com was we can set the tulimeline for Project so we can complete our projects within the time and Monday.com also provide lots of features so it makes our work easy and this tool is also pocket friendly
You can spend more and struggle in handling routine tasks if you don't have monday.com at your side

Inability to change forms design, text font

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a professional and excellent platform specialized in the totalitarian management of projects, it has hundreds of practical functionalities that serve for a better management of documents of utmost importance, its labeling and priority system is innovative, the backup of projects that the software performs is very useful and helps us to be more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is a very complete and extensive platform but at the same time it is heavy and for that reason sometimes it is difficult to upload or download files, documents due to the poor latency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to organize all the projects I'm working on and filter them by priority, turnaround time and completion time which is great and allows you to take a look at all the work in general and what you need to work on and what you don't need to work on yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is a professional project organizer and task automator.
It´s very easy to work on this application, it's very intuitive.

I didn't have any problems with monday until kown.

. Support options is great 24/7 support including support on email/help desk , phone and even knowledgebase if present to rectify most of the issues.
. Price wise great with minimal charges but great support and resources.
. Options availabe from collaboration tools, documents , notifications api and even file sharing .
. You can closely monitor the task assigned to anyone specific

. Not user-friendly, the interface will be difficult for someone new to understand it.
.The functionality is not great either sometime double request gets raised and can only be found once the web version is refreshed.

It helped a lot to manage and assign tasks for my project members with ease to accessing the web version anytime. Team is more productive as everything can be tracked in real time

Recommendations is it's a great tool, especially for a small business; however, you need time to understand and identify the use of it as per your requirements. Just give it time, and before creating any live task, use a dummy version to check if everything in your favor.

My task management is daily managed using monday.com. Day to day office working is not possible without Monday as it gives me ease of mind and well-organized workplace for all of my employees.

Best flexible project management solution
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is beautiful and even somewhat pleasant to use. The tool is super flexible; it can be used to manage complex software development sprints or family vacations.
What do you dislike about the product?
They lock you into yearly contracts and customer service won't issue refunds if you decide to switch to a different software provider. You'd think that a company with such a great product would stand behind it and give refunds if you decide to swtich.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Monday solves is as an organization tool for tasks and road mapping for products, projects, and deadlines across an entire organization or cross-functional teams.
