Great Tool Which Covers everything
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and automation which we have across all the boards. Also, we like the dashboard which helps us to review everything at on place

As a software development company we have to use some 3rd parties for API documentation so that would be great if we can get a feature for API documentation

What do you like best about the product?
Communication is difficult in any organization, but is vitally important, especially in a smaller shop. Keeping us all on the same page on multiple, projects, sales opps, process changes staffing, etc. is a dream come true - that dream is Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across anything I dislike. The ease of use and intuitive flow made it a speedy implementation, and we're up and running live almost immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COMMUNICATION!. We're still mostly remote, and being able to work together as a group in essentially real-time has given us back the organic ideas that only come through human interaction.

Don't be afraid to take the plunge and simplify your organization's communication tools - you won't regret it!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic tool to stay not only organized and neat but also helps the company to be more visible to different depatements and clear with any tasks. It enables great communication between teams and helps manage any project related assignements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that is missing from Monday.com. The only thing to me is the filters. Sometimes is tough to find a correct filter to apply when searching for specific items. Overall I enjoy using Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several benefits, as I mentioned before—excellent visibility among different departments and teams. Monday.com enables excellent communication and allows our company to stay on top of the assignments.

The flexibility of how you can use it, the automations are great, and the integrations with other services make it very powerful.

Having some of the parent row functionality not available on the sub-items. Some of the formulas are too restrictive.

The lightness with which you can arrange the mess in the office, under one clean and easy-to-work app.

Honestly, when I began working on Monday.com automation, was a little behind but today I don't find anything I dislike on Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oh, the list is long. until I found Monday.com I tried more than 10 different tasks/to-dos apps. Yet nothing was easy to operate and I really was in a lost. When Monday.com came all the problems were solved. To-dos were clean and informative, yet easy to ed and to assign. I can't list here all the problems we solved but there are many.
It is effortless to keep tasks organized.

It is so intuitive. It allows me to stay organized, communicate with my peers, and create new tasks effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difference between boards and folders can be confusing at times when it comes to moving them around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve organizational issues. It allows me to communicate to everyone I need to on items and stay updated with minimal effort to ensure we are on track to complete tasks.
Best app for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has an excellent user experience and interface. The solution is very customizable and you can do almost everything you need to manage products and companies. The filters and automations keep the experience simple even if you have a great amount of information. Also you can choose the best way to show information, can be a table, kanban, timeline view, and all of these are awesome in agile rituals as plannings and reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part i think is dislikeable is the price per person. I think it could be more acessible to small budget companies. Another thing is even in paid plans; we have limitation times we can run automations, which led me to find other free solutions to resolve automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help us deal with product management with my team, where we design the backlog and use monday to planning our sprints. It help us to keep information and organize ourselves to do everything we need.

Monday is a world, i recommend seeing videos and tutorials to understand better how Monday can be used in your context.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication in the workplace has drastically improved due to everything being in one place on Monday.com. It allows me to work alongside other departments more easily and plan my own work too. The app and the desktop version are both really easy to use, and the email notifications are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular which I don't like about the software itself.

Time management and communication issues across deparments.

do a free trial first to get used to it and work out the kinks

- They iterate fast. Within a couple of months of using it, they created new features.
- Easy UI/UX. All my team members picked up on it easily.

- It is quite pricy for a nonprofit organization, but we feel that it is worth it. They did offer us a nonprofit discount :) We always wish it was more of course.

- Having a one-stop shop for all project management documents. Their Docs function really helps especially for our product and engineering team.
- People are getting their work done on time! "My Work" is very useful for remote workers to know what they need to get done.

Great product. They respond to user needs fast! Very powerful integrations and other features can be used to make it more than a project management tool.
