Super efficient and incredibly useful!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and import data is a great way to manage our pipeline. I have used Salesforce and PipeDrive and Monday is much more user friendly. I highly recommend Monday.com for teams and organizations who want to work and collaboratively and manage their data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using the system for the past month and there isn't much we dislike. We are managing any plugins to make sure it can work with Google, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage the sales pipeline and intermix it with operational functions.

A must use tool! Easy to navigate and great way for teams to collaborate.
Seamless, versatile, and powerful Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com won me over with its versatility, clean aesthetic (a big difference from most other tools I used, and I used most of them), and customer support. You can build almost anything with the variety of column types, automations, dashboards and apps — the main challenge is to think through the architecture of what you are trying to accomplish. They are also killing it in their customer support with super quick replies, helpful webinars, development updates, etc. I recommend Monday to all my peers and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is an evolving tool, and there are still a few wrinkles that need to be ironed out. The Beta features like subitems are not always fully incorporated into the flow across Dashboards and boards. Some logic features aren't yet available to non-coders. My main point of dissatisfaction is that most of the super useful "magical" functionality if only available to Enterprise subscribers, and there are very few features on the Free or personal plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a project manager, so I organize all projects for my team, individually and at a higher level, in Monday. We communicate with our external development team, including hosting information and call agendas in Monday. I have my personal to-dos pulled into my personal dashboard from across the team boards, and every team member has one of those too. We use Monday all the time every day to keep track of progress, ensure we remember everything, and move our product forward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try.
Great production planning tool with robust API
What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned over from Trello to Monday as it has more flexible views of how we can arrange the tasks. We mostly use the table view during the production meetings to assign tasks, and then individuals can use the Kanban view to move their tasks across different stages.
The built-in automation functions are also useful to handle task status change and trigger downstream actions, and the APIs are robust enough for us to further automate our production such as updating build status from our CI pipeline.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the cards do not support markdown yet, so formatting is a bit of a hassle.
The API documentation is also a bit lackluster, as some of the endpoints do not provide enough use case examples.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday for production planning for the team, status update communication, and individual task tracking. Being able to do all of this within the same tool helps us to streamline our process, and we are happy with the robust API access.

I don't dislike any aspect of monday.com.

We are resolving automated email, recurring task, team management, time tracking, CRM, vendor management and many other management activities through monday.com.
Fantastic experience with Monday.com at multiple companies
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is. Adding new items, reordering, even the automation is very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the minimum number of users is 5. I use it to track all my document tasks and update (I'm a tech writer) and I would honestly be lost without Monday. I still pay for the 5 user plan, but it would be nice to have a single user plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of project deliverables, mainly documents. We use Master Control as our Document Control program, but it only has task management for documents already launched for revision. There is no place for tracking what documents need to be created, or a reminder system for following up on documents that have been in someones que for more than a week. Monday can list documents by project, who working on them, who still need to approve them, and all the comments received from emails. For a multiperson team, being able to see what other's said in emails is amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely try out their free trial! They have example boards you can try and even groups of boards that already work together. The new automation feature is amazing and so easy to use. When I used Monday at my previous company, many of these features (like automation) were not available yet. In the short time I was not using Monday, they added so many new features and I expect they won't stop anytime soon! This is definitely the easiest task/project management program I have ever used and it's only getting better!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely user-friendly. The color-coding, premade templates and level of customization makes it easy to jump in and get started, especially helpful for onboarding new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the dashboard could use some improvements and more areas for customization to fit different work styles. Time tracking is also lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've streamlined communications and processes which has been especially critical during this time of fully remote work. The automations eliminate repetitive manual admin work as well, so we can focus our time on what matters most - marketing.

I really love how everything related to my project is in one place and then it’s organized in a very simple and visible way

Business development work, partnerships, product management problems are what I am trying to solve. Benefits = saving me and my teams enormous amounts of time. Helping me get things moved from ToDo to Done.

I love how simple the interface is and how easy it is to onboard my teammates.

I find that a lot of standardization is lacking between boards. For instance, I would love to have standard dropdown items across boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely and across many geographies is proving to be difficult...this keeps us on task! We can easily ping each other on open action without the need to receive status updates frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes EVERYTHING easier. From list keeping, to task check-offs - everything is in 1 location. Plus, the customization!

My only dislike is that more people at my Organization don't use it!

Project Management with my offshore Development Team & tracking all admin tasks. Its helped streamline the process & keep everyone informed.

What do you like best about the product?
At first I liked most the ability to customize any board, create templates, move fields, change data types. Everything I needed to be flexible because the project is flexible. Then they added Sub Items and I was able to concertina my boards into much more 'manageable' experiences for clients in onboarding. And then I got the hang of dashboards and widgets and could present data to my company that surpassed everyone else's excel or salesforce data. And then! I needed advice from support and I got exactly what I needed first time round.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really.
