What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps each of our teams communicate efficienty about projects. Our sales and customer support team can easily review Monday for timelines and project milestones. This is a one-stop application to support many areas of our company. It is user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Another platform to keep track of, the messages from Monday are not quite as easy to use and track as just using Outlook or MS Team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project managment, keeping track of timelines, helping to improve communication between the Project, Revenue and Accouting teams

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Dev is an effective tool for not only organizing tasks but also creating automated processes that can be recreated, communicating with other stakeholders, and acting as a repository of work completed and work that's in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the automation feature is highly effective, it is somewhat difficult to set up without assistance or a template that meets your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps to create an ongoing repository of both internal and external communications as well as project management updates. It makes it clear where gaps may be developing and effectively automates internal processes so they can become more consistent and repeatable.

I do not have anything to say when it comes to not liking something on Monday. We love it, its that simple,Nothing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Monday.com because it can be quite expensive, especially for larger teams needing advanced features. Despite its user-friendly interface, the vast array of features can be overwhelming for beginners and requires a steep learning curve. The free plan is very limited, which isn't sufficient for handling larger projects. Additionally, I've noticed some performance issues with slow loading times, particularly on large boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves several key problems in project management, greatly benefiting users. It centralizes project information, reducing the chaos of scattered data and ensuring everyone has access to the latest updates. Its powerful collaboration tools streamline communication and coordination, preventing miscommunication and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. What do you like best about the product?
I really like how sprints work and their connection to the roadmap. Suuuuuper important for us is the connection of bugs and the accounting of time before elimination.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out the difference between Hours and Time tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track all changes throw the development cycle and compare accounted time for similar tasks. Also, I can estimate the whole epic and every sprint task that the epic includes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage the tasks , It helps in creating your own workspace and then we can keep track of Items and sub items by creating separate groups which helps us in organizing the tasks. Can keep the timelines for each tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes It's slower, It takes a lot of time to load , Adding the date for each task and subItem could be done better as it's complicated to add the dates in the UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a good alternative compared to JIRA , we can easily create the mapping and subtasks and the owners for each tasks can be assigned which is helpful for efficient Management.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lots of customizations. Easy to track issues and leave updates. It's very lightweight compared to other soft of the same genre. You can use it for different industries and effortlessly customize every board.
Love the app as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here that could be so important to compare it to another task management software. I use it daily in my job with my dev team, and we all agree that it has all the required tools to track and review tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday groups all the basic and required features that a work environment needs. It helps myself and my team to be more productive each day, with lots of customizations and easy to use interface.
