I love how it works as a management tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software because it focus on helping me develop my priority projects and improve my workflow. Monday.com offers a very organized space that displays the tasks beautifully and puts collaboration as its first priority. I love that its materials are well-rounded and it does not take much effort to start using the software.
When scheduling, I like to have in mind that my other projects will not get in the way, and this is why Monday.com is so good, because its calendar options makes it impossible to make a mistake, and I have everything in order without any worries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the mobile app operates since there is a big difference between the web app, and I would love it if Monday.com put the same features in the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a lot of scheduling. At work, it's important to keep track of these schedules to make sure everything goes the way it should. That's why we use Monday.com, because it's simple and with its algorithm the changes of making mistakes are very little.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the guides offered by the software should be read and tested first before starting to use the software, since these are very helpful to understand the sofware and make the experience go smoothly.

Organizing tasks with Monday

What do you like best about the product?
It has a fairly friendly and intuitive interface.
You can organize your tasks in a fairly functional panel.
You can set reminders when a task is due.
Very good for collaborative space and agile methodologies.
It is very easy to keep track of projects and with a simple board you can visualize the progress of it.
The configuration is very simple and there is a lot of documentation about it.
Using cloud version allows you to save installation and have a DRP.
it easy to understand the Gantt Chart / Project Map
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is relatively expensive, but if your organization has a large number of employees.
Some updates are made without warning and there are small intervals of unavailability.
It is difficult to visualize the critical path of a project.
You must train staff in the use of the tool.
On some smartphones the website is distorted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have not had any problem using monday.com but I think it should be noted that when we started to implement Jira, we left Monday as the task scheduling system and thus be able to take out the timesheets for the payroll payment of the staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Monday.com as a collaborative tool for high performance agile teams to carry out the daily tasks and activities of the various teams in an organization because it is easy to use, intuitive, looks pretty good and is very stable.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps me and my team organized and on track with less meetings because we all know what’s due and who’s working on what.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes section is too small like an excel box and you can’t read it all unless you click on the box. Notes are easily missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, time saving, and organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to use this to stay organized especially within a team. This is great for managers to see where there team is in terms of deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface made keeping track of projects and who was responsible for what, clean, simple, and efficient. I was a big fan of being able to assign priority and people to tasks and have that visually represented.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit harder for the older folks in our office to get the hang of it - I found it intuitive enough, but they wanted to switch back to using excel spreadsheets and do more of the data management themselves, because they couldn't figure out how the site sorted and managed our data and projects - which is extremely too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best way for us to manage projects and visually see what needs to get done in what kind of a timeline. This has helped our entire team stay on top of the tasks at hand and keep our projects running on deadline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great, clean, simple software that is incredibly powerful and good at managing your tasks and people! Highly recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
I have to admit that when I was first introduced to Monday, I was a little bit skeptical. I was tired of trying new softwares and integrations just for keeping everyone in the team in one workspace. I quickly realized how helpful this tool was to create tasks directly from emails time track My projects and see an overall calendar of my upcoming deadlines! Very helpful and extremely easy to see who on your team owes what/when do that nothing falls through the cracks and everyone is held accountable for their assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team separates our boards by team members. So you can go to a specific team members name and see exactly what they have on their plate for that week and how much time they’ve spent on it. We break up our workspaces by labeling one column by clients. It is difficult to set up a pulse that will break up how much time was spent per client based on the way we have it set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How much time is spent per client. I used to get carried away with helping one client over the next. Without time tracking, it made it difficult for me to see how I was spending my time.

How Monday organized the company

What do you like best about the product?
When the office use to be small it was easy to keep track of things but now with so much going on we use Monday to keep track of tasks that are completed and things we need to do and now the office is organized and not confused
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is getting everyone on board and remembering to put tasks in that is completed otherwise there really isn't much wrong with Monday.com

We solved are organization issues like having to call a client or having a meeting and not remembering

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com had provided the cleanest interface that encourages my team to user it and not be afraid. The ability to organize abs attach files are most important to me, also being able to let collaborators and executives view our work
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitations, can't change colors on the dashboard calendar, but I know this software will improve with development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team involvement, time tracking, information management, we now have a place to keep everything, I love being able to answer "it's in Monday.com" when asked a question!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The form won't let me say i integrated with Google drive, and i found it through a suggested ad when searching teamwork support.

A project management tool that will change your life

What do you like best about the product?
These are a few of my favorite things about monday.com
- flexibility to customize boards to fit my needs (add/remove/customize columns, change colors)
- ability to link boards to one another
- communication within the platform (everything is tied to the project so you're not switching back and forth between the project tracker and email)
- search & filter functionality
- easy collaboration across teams with shared boards + the option to track my own projects in private boards
- the fact that everyone on my team loves it so they actually use it! it was like pulling teeth to get people to use our previous project management tool, but people love using monday!
- the calendar feature
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to view multiple boards at once or view a true hierarchy of boards. The existing board-linking functionality is good but I think being able to create a hierarchy would take it to the next level and save some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem monday.com helps us solve is keeping everyone on the same page when it comes to project timelines and deliverables. The calendar in particular has saved us from having to recreate our project timelines in a separate spreadsheet or Outlook calendar. For example, we can now easily see when each email is going out and categorize each email type by color.
