The perfect organisation tool - particularly for remote/hybrid teams!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to plan, organise, and disseminate the workload in an efficient and timely manner. Being able to automate notifications to relevant team members once a task is complete stops the 'back and forth' nature of having to message one another, making for a far more streamlined process overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to keep on top of organisation to prevent your boards from getting cluttered or hard to navigate - but this is all down to you! By setting up the right automation, you can quite easily keep on track. You just need to find your way around it first, work out what's best for you and your team, and you're away!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the age of remote/hybrid working, tasks and ideas can quite easily get lost among the reams of messages. Using a monday.com board allows you to cross collaborate, share ideas, and keep on top of priorities, helping you to manage your workflow more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration and notification features keep team members up to speed

Customisation can be a bit overwhelming, also can end up having more boards open than you need

Monday has enabled cross department projects to run much more smoothly from a central point, where all relevant resources are linked.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the automation feature set. You have an easy way to integrate other tools and make IF THIS THEN DO THAT automation in your boards. An additional upside I like is that you can share boards with external people without creating an account, and you can limit what this user can and cannot do.

Their support team is really active and helpful, some colleagues have used support and the answer came very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel the website slows a little bit, and the automation takes an extra time or the need for a page reload. You also have some limitations that don't make any sense; for example, you can't migrate subitems of an item when you move this item between boards, so guarantee that you won't have to make this kind of migration soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday as our primary source of truth on our project management. As we create multiple workspaces for various areas in our company, our team can follow up on the aspects of our work that they don't engage in daily.
As we are in the middle of a pandemic, Monday is helping our team integrate and work together as its automation features help our coworkers collaborate and log all our work. We've tried other tools without success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We strongly suggest Monday for anyone who wants an easy-to-use project management tool with the flair of automation to make your job easier. We've tried other companies, but none has offered all the tools we needed to.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-use tool, and the color system makes items for people who work better in color stand out. There are a lot of different views to it makes it easy to find whatever I need. They recently added favorites, so it is even easier to jump back and forth between boards/tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to connect different boards to each other. Sometimes there are a lot of boards, and it is hard to relate one to the other. It is also a bit on the expensive side. There are more ways to make it personalized for an individual's experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping our tasks in order and prioritizing them.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create workspaces with organized folders and boards. These can also have different permissions. And I especially love the automations and integrations. Everything just gets organized with Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing I don't really like about Monday.com, that would just be the pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project & task management — from planning to delegation to progress tracking.

If you want a robust tool for project and task management and a whole lot more, use Monday.com!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can hold and organize a lot of information in one place. You can edit the statuses and deadlines to align with how your oganization functions. This is great for smaller organizations! You can easily tag people to keep up with updates and keep everything documented in one place for everyone to be able to reference when need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very slow. It can hold a lot of information, but the more information you are entering into Monday.com, the slower each board/group loads, and sometimes this makes my computer crash altogether. There are pretty frequent glitches where groups don't appear, and certain automations cannot be made in boards, and that can make the day to day pretty difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation, and mass reach out emails. The automations that you can create on each board are extremely helpful, if you ever need to reach out to dozens or hundreds of people at one time, without doing each one individually or manually. This is a huge time saver! You can also have everything documented in one place, which helps so much with internal communication, and keep track of progress of everything you or your team are working on.
