What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is for anyone to use it. It doesn't take a developer skill set to develop solutions using Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to dislike. There are some additional features that could be added, our account management is very good about taking our suggestions and relaying that to the development team. They've taken our feedback and added some of the functionality we have requested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has benefited within many of our back-office workflow processes and traditional ticketing activities. The no code automations triggers a push notification for someone to take action quicker and the forms functionality is used to enhance some of our support functions and management of time sensitive requests. We use it to collect requests from a large work groups and centralize the content onto boards for to simplify the workflow for those back-office support teams.

What do you like best about the product?
This helps the comunication in a team where there's multiple task to be done but each team member has a specifc task, monday helps visualize the bigger picture of the project much faster an easier.
Moday really helps with adminastration of time durting a whole project, in case of a setback Moday is a great asset to the team by assisting the team, to create as soon as possible, a solution and making sure that the team doesn't fall behind on project dates.

As a remote developer comunication is key and having a board that always keeps you to date is useful, because remote calls and easly consume much more time that needed to comunicate what needs to be done and by who.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve took a bit of time as it was something really new to me, but with a couple of simple tutorials Moday turned out to be really simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team developes web applications and mobile apps, most of us are full stack, which in most cases leaves us with little time to adminster task, Monday helps with shorter times to know task need to be done and by who and making sure that everbody acknowledges the game plan.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At first I do recommend to use Monday with patience and to watch a tutorial just to get a better idea of what Monday is about and how and when to use Monday.
Make sure you install the app as it also helps on letting you know on any updates on your projects.

Great resource for multiple uses

What do you like best about the product?
Different functionalities and tools, multiple uses, develop based on customer feedback. can customize the tool as you like which is great, and can change it for different people in the team. I like the dashboards you can create off of the boards you have, and can add different features and charts depending on what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always the most intuitive, for me the project management kanban board is too detailed. they do implement some customer feedback items but some of these can take some more time. not have all the functionality i need sometimes so i do use other resources at times. Difficult to link boards I find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management - able to assign tasks and deadlines with sending reminders too which really helps. Project management - able to assign tasks, keep on top of things, and organise it to suit my personal preference. Snag management - have a board to keep on top of snags and bugs and know where things are with progress and who is in charge of them. Keep on top of company goals and see if we are on track for the quarter. personal progress boards to keep on track of what i am doing and when, and allows me to keep track of my work.

Friendly user interface and useful feature that we can edit and create anything you want

Some times , the arrangement of the tasks are mixed together even if i just rearrange them a few minutes ago..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of everything you did , you are doing and you will be doing , very easy to display and explain the whole thing you did.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides flexible views of projects, allowing our team to access the detail they need and managers to get a quick overview of the status of all projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't discovered anything that we dislike yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team was using spreadsheets to keep track of project progress, with Monday.com we're able to retain this "view" which managers are used to, and still capture and progress the detail of projects. The biggest benefit for us is the snapshot views of resource allocation, where we can easily see who's got the capacity to take on work and when.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, you won't be dissapointed!

What do you like best about the product?
The filter options are fantastic and user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no telepathic function that would make it easier, in other words I like it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy ability to follow all team members leads and being able to see project size helps in allocating leads fairly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste time searching it has all you'll need.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The user flow and easy navigation between features. Here I can track all the tickets and kick-off the entire project using Monday.com. We recently moved out of Atlassian and getting used to the platform.
2. All the features are handy and can mark the status as per the current status of the project.
3. The status marking, adding the stakeholder to the task, and marking the priority level are well architectured.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The user video tutorial pop-up is confusing. So the video placement is not correct which giving a weird look to the dashboard, indeed the first-time user gets confused with the video there on the bottom right of the dashboard.
2. Also I am unable to mention the summary of the task and I need to edit that page by clicking on the edit icon.
3. To add the other stakeholders to the task the invite option doesn't work for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It's an easy way to build a feature from scratch - Design > Dev > QA > Release. All the options are provided right afront. Basically, there's very little friction.
2. Though the software is an extended version of Jira, it has got many jubilant features
3. The classification of the issues and adding new feature requirement notes is a great choice for the users to classify among their work.
4. The features which are on the left panel to organize the projects is another advantage of taking the building the new products instantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, a fast-paced trying to implement multiple tasks can use this software.

The perfect organisation tool - particularly for remote/hybrid teams!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to plan, organise, and disseminate the workload in an efficient and timely manner. Being able to automate notifications to relevant team members once a task is complete stops the 'back and forth' nature of having to message one another, making for a far more streamlined process overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to keep on top of organisation to prevent your boards from getting cluttered or hard to navigate - but this is all down to you! By setting up the right automation, you can quite easily keep on track. You just need to find your way around it first, work out what's best for you and your team, and you're away!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the age of remote/hybrid working, tasks and ideas can quite easily get lost among the reams of messages. Using a monday.com board allows you to cross collaborate, share ideas, and keep on top of priorities, helping you to manage your workflow more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

Customisation can be a bit overwhelming, also can end up having more boards open than you need
