The organization software I didn't know I needed

What do you like best about the product?
Monday turns the everyday chaos into an organized plan. Not only can you categorize tasks by using boards, you can create timelines for when things need to be completed, as well as collaborate with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't enough color selections for board categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I love my agenda book, Monday allows me to keep track of not only myself in an organized fashion but my coworkers as well.

You can view your coworker's boards and organize in any way you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it isn’t integrated with PlumSail HelpDesk.

Completing tasks in a timely manner. Monday helps keep my team organized and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
For some time I have been searching for a software for project management that meets all my expectations and needs and those of my work team, a search that I finish at the moment I found Monday.com.
Monday.com is a truly magnificent project management tool that has an endless number of functions and features that allows me easy collaboration and communication with team members; prioritize, manage and manage tasks; time tracking, among others. It has a small learning curve and an orderly, intuitive, unique and visually very attractive interface that makes it pleasant to implement, I could even say that it even makes it fun since it is highly customizable. I also find it important to note that it allows integrations with other applications such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Pipedrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not find any negative characteristic relevant enough to complain about since all the inconveniences that I have been able to present have been perfectly resolved by its technical support team that is highly trained for any inconvenience that may arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has provided us with many benefits since its implementation is so simple and enjoyable, it makes it fun and easy for everyone to collaborate, focus on what is important and do more at work. saying goodbye to those long piles of paperwork, tedious meetings, long chains of email and errors caused by manual labor.

If you are looking for software for project management, Monday.com will not disappoint you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to assign tasks and track progress simply from once area. The templates are also a huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app does not have the same functionality as the full site which is very disappointing when you have remote employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team of remote workers, we often didn't know what each person was doing. With the help of Monday task assignment function, we have a greater understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to create pulses and manage projects across your team. It's like Jira Service Desk but better in every way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I have yet to dislike.

Avoiding Google sheets for project management and keeping track of project statuses.

No plans for only 1 user. Have to subscribe to pro level for main key features

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile monday is. We use it for inventory counts, Repair tracking and current shipment tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more optimized for counts- it's missing automation features like automatic integration of daily shipments to inventory counts. Ideally my job would be maintaining a system that updates itself, instead of updating the system manually for every shipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been more on the same page as a company about what needs to be shipped and what needs to be ordered. This is huge for productivity.

If you're curious if the system will work for your specific needs, try it. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

What do you like best about the product?
With Monday.com I can execute several projects simultaneously, it offers several functions that are very useful for the whole organization, such as tracking and attracting potential clients, it has a personalized work flow, which allows configuring the projects of agreements to the needs of each one , just like it has allowed us to increase our profits.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be noted that this software has some complexity at the beginning, and may be difficult to execute at the beginning, but grabbing the thread of its functions is good and represents great help, and its technical support is at the service of what you need, Monday. com is an indispensable tool for the proper functioning of your organization or company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to how robust and complete we have been able to solve several areas we have given management and monitoring of our problems and errors, it is really very solid, we are comfortable with implementation, one of the advantages that we like the most is having a CRM included in this software as well as the help that gives personalized workflows.

It is a good ally when it comes to running several projects, whether small or large, recommend Monday.com? If of course, at first it will be a bit confusing, but after a certain time it will be the best tool for your task management that you have obtained.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday.com is that their engineers seem to have thought of everything when creating a platform that's really great for managing complex project lists. But, they don't clutter the screen with everything - you can add features (like calculated columns) as you need them.

I also can't say enough about their customer service. True to their word, they almost always respond to requests for support within 10 minutes with helpful information or someone who is very engaged in helping you solve a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I really liked - and needed - and had to pay extra for. I don't love that, but the platform is reasonably priced so I can see why they unbundled things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage large projects for a company that I work with. We use Monday.com to keep track of every detail of the projects. It's great that we can timeline things because so much of what we do is time sensitive. There are a lot of concurrent actions that need to be taken and Monday.com makes it really easy to keep track of the proper order.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is very easy to implement. I recommend emailing support@monday.com to talk to a real person about signing up so you get in the right plan and they'll likely give you some kind of credits or perks for signing up. Customer service is really friendly and professional so don't be afraid to use them. The FAQs and knowledge base are great as well.
