What do you dislike about the product?
Of all the things Vellum offers, the evals could probably be better. It's just a trade off of tools. There are some dedicated eval products in the market that optimize solely for the eval portion. Vellum's eval suite lags a bit behind market offerings but Vellum's strength is the integration of evals and coupling them with workflows. For other products, you need to send their data over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vellum helps our AI team gets pipelines out much master. Instead of having to worry about non-differentiated work like integrating the latest models as code. All we have to do is change things in the UI and Vellum handles all that behind the scenes. We strongly rely on Vellum for the observability and monitoring piece.
