Cloud hosted CA and Radius that just works
What do you like best about the product?
SecureW2 let us completely offload our CA server and management to the cloud, as well as all RADIUS wifi auth. No more on-prem controllers or Radius servers to contend with. It's been very easy to use once setup and I rarely have to think about it as it just works, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides are the config menus can be hard to use and you can't copy network policies which can be tedious if you have many sites with many vlans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 let us offload all our on-prem CA and Radius servers to the cloud, freeing up time for my team.
Quick and Easy Access to the Wi-Fi with Secure Arthitecture
What do you like best about the product?
Recently, we implemented the SecureW2 Cloud PKI solution to enhance Wi-Fi authentication for corporate devices managed through Intune. This integration streamlined the process, enabling seamless and secure access to corporate Wi-Fi on company-managed devices using the SecureW2 architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The architecture is highly sophisticated and requires thorough study of the SecureW2 documentation to fully comprehend its intricacies. However, it secures the connection which is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company new to the product, we aimed to leverage the benefits of cloud-based PKI for Wi-Fi access rather than relying on an on-premises RADIUS solution. SecureW2 effectively resolved our corporate Wi-Fi connectivity challenges with minimal effort, eliminating the need for in-house expertise in configuration. Their professional technical support and comprehensive knowledge base are well-structured, enabling IT professionals to implement the solution independently. Additionally, their support team is consistently available to provide assistance and ensure seamless product integration.
Perfect Set and Forget Product
What do you like best about the product?
The team are extremely helpful during the implementation and on going support. The product simply works. After setting up the product, we have not touched it for an entire year, which is great. Truly set and forget product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 has solved our Zero Trust Azure AD Wi-fi deployment by creating a passwordless environment that is deployed to our endpoints. The product is perfect for the job.
Making PKI easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SecureW2 is that it just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with SecureW2, however, I suppose the price would be the only downside thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving our network security and ease of access using SecureW2. Having a Managed PKI simplifies the management of certificates and access management.
Great cloud PKI and Radius solution
What do you like best about the product?
SecureW2 JoinNow allowed us to replace our legacy on-premise radius and certificate authority and move to a fully managed cloud offering. Our primary use case is device certificate based authentication for our wireless networks. It integrates easily with with Microsoft Intune and uses SCEP to automatically enroll and deploy certificates to all our managed Window and MacOS devices, it is literally set it and forget it. We did a 30-day proof-of-concept, and their onboarding team assisted with configuring the PKI and Radius policies, creating and assigning all the Intune profiles and in under 2 hours we had a fully working environment with devices authenticating over 802.1x via certificates. Their support is very responsive and resolves issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the documentation is in PDF format which is cumbersome. Having a web-based knowledge base with the ability to search would be a huge improvement and make it easier to navigate and find answers to your questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 has simplified and streamlined how our staff connect to our corporate wireless networks. Since deploying the solution across our organization, our Wi-Fi related support requests have effectively dropped to zero.
Quick Setup and Works as Advertised
What do you like best about the product?
We use SecureW2 for wireless and wired 802.1x authentication on our corporate networks. During onboarding, the assigned engineer was extremely knowledgeable in the product was able to answer a series of very technical questions that we had. Setup was fast, we were deploying certificates to our machines by the end of the first day. Since then, SecureW2 just works - I don't even think about it anymore as I know that it will work as expected. It integrates easily with Microsoft Entra and InTune. I definitely recommend this as a Cloud RADIUS and PKI solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found reporting to be a bit unintuitive and clunky. We needed to open a support case to find the information we needed in the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 solves the issue of corporate wireless security. We were previously maintaining and rotating a series of passwords which is inherently not secure. With SecureW2, Windows devices automatically join our corporate wireless network and we don't maintain or even have a password set. Greatly improves our security posture.
PKI made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The intergrations with MDM solutions to use SCEP to issue certs is grate, While Intune offers some advanced features it intrgrates with the MDM we use.
The support and onborading help is execlent. I worked with Sammer his knowlage of multiple systems like: Cisco ISE, Intune, Jamf, Google MDM and Much more was really impresive. The support is talored to our enviroment and is fantastic.
Overall the support team has made the implementation of PKI seemless and simple.

Every issue we have had with SecureW2 has been solved by support.

We use SecureW2 to intergrate with our MDM for SCEP certs, and Cloud Radius
A great solution that you can set it and forget it!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this solution is that it is set it and forget it.
When you first sign up, they have someone that works with you and setup what you need on SecureW2 and Azure.
Once that is done, things work fantastic!
We've had a follow up for basic reporting and someone even contacted us to ensure our endpoint count matches our contracted amount. Great proactive support!

We are using the product for Radius Authentication and 801.1x
SecureW2 is an Awesome product and there support is wonderful to work with.

When setting up enviroments knowing we have the level of support excellance is really important.

Nothing, its a great product and works as you would expect it too.

No longer needing NPS servers or ICE implamentations
SecureW2 make connecting to wifi ssdi easy
What do you like best about the product?
Securew2 allows provision devices to connect to the wifi with no password needed. For us admin deploying wifi profile config is easy through the secure w2 port, especially for large deployments.
What do you dislike about the product?
we could not test it for our BYOD network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stoping user from manually putting wifi credentials.
