Secure w2 certificates for phishing resistant BYOD entra authentication
What do you like best about the product?
We are using it to secure BYOD laptops, and it works super smoothly. It integrates very easily with Entra id in 365, and allows us to require a certificate for all BYOD logins. It easily drops the user certificate onto the laptop, even if the user doesn't have admin permissions. It uses pure 365 CBA for login, securew2 is just there for enrolment and revoking the certificates, which it does very smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could be easier to use, but the implementation team took us through everything on a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to secure BYOD laptops against phishing attempts, and so we can require a certificate for any BYOD laptop. This means that aitm phishing is no longer possible, as users must have a cert or be on a compliant or entra joined device before attempting to log in with MFA.

What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard is easy to use and very user friendly. It was easy to setup and managing the certificates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Site can be slow sometimes but that did not prevent us from doing our tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We brought SecureW2 to help us solve some security holes that come with byod.
We have used SecureW2 to streamline SSID auth and overcome obstacles to seamlessly connect our users
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to get rid of MAC Filters and Network profiles as well as use our OKTA SSO to authenticate users across all of our schools and state offices. This also bypasses the limitation of MAC filters and allows all the users that we want to connect to a network and authenticate with minimal intervention from the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not able to properly test the BYOD functionality of SecureW2 so we did not go forward with the licensing but we are very interested in using this feature going forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is resolving the need for network profiles and MAC filters to authenticate users. Mitigates unwanted devices connecting to our network and ensuring provisioned devices connect.

Very knowledgeable and up to date on all the latest technolgies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing is higher than most, but their understanding of enterprise environments, particularly macOS makes up for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
802.1X Wi-Fi
Focused product offering that I can trust to work without me managing it.
What do you like best about the product?
As a HiTrust compliant remote company with a headquarters that most filter through only a few times a year, SecureW2 makes employee access frictionless. Their implementation team was incredibly responsive and helped us get into compliance quickly as we rolled out our network. Their customer service has been very present, one doesn't have to walk through 37 layers of automation to get to help the very few times we've needed to tweak something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no current negatives about this company.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Securew2 has significantly elevated our network security standards, thanks to their cloud-based PKI solution, integrated RADIUS server and JoinNow product. This solution makes implementing 802.1x wired and wifi networks straightforward and secure for our diverse range of devices, including Chromebooks, Macs, Windows PCs, and Linux systems. Securew2’s ability to seamlessly integrate with leading MDM platforms (JAMF for example or Workspace) and identity providers has been invaluable, allowing us to build a unified and scalable security framework. Their responsive technical support has provided us with expert guidance at every step, making network security a seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Securew2 guest wifi solution did not perform well with our existing infrastructure, during a proof of concept phase in 2020. Not sure if it's still the case today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securew2 JoinNow eliminates the hassle of managing Wi-Fi passwords on corporate networks and enhances our security standards through certificate-based authentication.

Seamless cloud based authentication, super easy to manage users and devices.

Initial set up and roll out has it's hurdles, along with limited customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the network security strong without a ton of hassle - simple, powerful and gets the job done well.
Seamless Secure Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
The service eliminates the need for complicated PKI infrastructure by offering a comprehensive cloud-based solution. It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Intune to deploy machine-based certificates to Windows devices. With SecureW2 cloud certificates, password-based authentication for WIFI and VPN services is no longer necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI administration could be enhanced in certain areas to make it more user-friendly. However, I rarely need to use the GUI since the deployment process is straightforward. Once everything is set up, there is little need to revisit the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They addressed my earlier issue of removing legacy PKI infrastructure by providing a cloud-based solution, which now enables secure authentication for both wired and wireless services.

What do you like best about the product?
SW2 has made PKI easy to deploy for WIFI radius, vpn and other cert based needs, their support was easy to contact and helped us imeplment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin UI could use a refresh update, would appreciate some Okta level documentation

What do you like best about the product?
Secure W2 JoinNow streamlines access for your users in an enterprise environment, significantly reducing the support load for your team and eliminating the need to for training, documentation and confusion for the end user. Essential tool to enhance security and keep things simple for the less tech-savvy folks out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration can take a bit to get the hang of, can be tough to manage licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 keeps devices connected to our network, enhances security and most importantly reduces complexity and tasks for the end user. Keeping things simple for less tech savvy users is an immediate payoff for our support team.
