Solid product, good support
What do you like best about the product?
The product is incredibly stable and reliable. Over the time we used SecureW2 we did not have a single incident or service disruption. The support is incredibly knowledgable and helpful and was a great help in setting up the service initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal seems a bit dated and not very easy to use. The initial setup is quite tricky and hard to debug if you don't have some experience in the field. Fortunately, the support from SecureW2 is very good here. I would not recommend the initial setup without contacting their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SecureW2 solely as a radius server for authentication to our internal office network. SecureW2 acts as a certificate authority that hands out certificates to our employee's devices so they can authenticate towards our network via WPA-Enterprise. We do not use any self-service features, but only use MDM and SCEP to enroll every employee device. This works very well for us and is completely transparent to the employee, we never actually needed a self-service option, and none of our employee's even realize that SecureW2 exists.

What do you like best about the product?
As a school, we have have large numbers of new users to enrol on the network each year in a short timeframe - SecureW2 enables our students to onboard before they arrive so they are ready on day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it makes onboarding as easy as possible within the constraints imposed by client operating systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 helps reduce the complexity involved with PKI.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost per device, especially in small deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides secure network authentication and helps in implementing zero trust approach. Fixes issues of old style local deployemnt in moder cloud based and distributed environments.
Easy to integrate simple to deploy securing a large global network.
What do you like best about the product?
The White Glove Service made it easy to implement and connect to our services The team has been very knowledgeable, And implementation into the network was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Replaced my native radius solution and gave me certificates. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynamic network assignment based on certificate and certificate lifestyle and managing.
Simple, straightforward and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use radius authentication for Entra-only devices and users whilst also integrating with our existing domain environment. Support is fantastic, they are very quick to respond and set up a zoom call rather than sticking to emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dissolvable agent is a concern for some BYOD users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to standardise radius authentication across an estate where there are both entra only devices/environments and domain environments.
A good product
What do you like best about the product?
An easy product to onboard. Works fine with Intune!

Nothing much else that i can think of now.

Radius in the cloud.
Set and forget. This service gives me to focus on areas that need frequent attention.

Once a solution is set, we will not have to revisit the configuration. We have had profiles and workflows working consistently for many years now.

Assign certificates to BYD and company-owned devices.
Solves the problem and solves it quietly
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation was relatively quick and it solved a major issue with Wireless Auth in our organization that otherwise would've taken a lot of configuration that may or may not have worked. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to nothing to complain about. The only times we've not been able to solve a problem is when we've requested something that is not in their typical wheelhouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have added the infrastructure we need to facilitate WPA-Enterprise in a cloud heavy environment, which is normally not an easy task.
Flawless Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The product was up and running after one configuration session, so kudos to the product engineer and the account manager--great cusomter service. After configuration, the integration was quick; we had no issue rolling out the network cert to all of our endpoints and getting them connected to the new SSID.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It was a flawless experience. I'm very satisfied with the product.

It has allowed us to solve our issue of network security. We have been able to utilize WPA Enterprise security protocals without having to implement a domain controller.
Great SaaS solution for RADIUS and PKI
What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few things that I liked about SecureW2.
1. The team is respsectful and supportive.
2. Product is amazing and after the implementation we did not receive any complaints from the usrs so far.
3. The solution is fully automated from issuing the certificates to the enrollment and connectivity. That was exactly we wanted to achieve.

There is nothing to dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not want to provision a self hosted RADIUS and PKI solution. We were looking for SaaS based RADIUS and PKI that can integrate with our Google Workspace environment. SecureW2 JoinNow ticked all the boxes.
