Simple, straightforward and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use radius authentication for Entra-only devices and users whilst also integrating with our existing domain environment. Support is fantastic, they are very quick to respond and set up a zoom call rather than sticking to emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dissolvable agent is a concern for some BYOD users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to standardise radius authentication across an estate where there are both entra only devices/environments and domain environments.
A good product
What do you like best about the product?
An easy product to onboard. Works fine with Intune!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much else that i can think of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Radius in the cloud.
Set and forget. This service gives me to focus on areas that need frequent attention.

Once a solution is set, we will not have to revisit the configuration. We have had profiles and workflows working consistently for many years now.

There is nothing we dislike. The product works well

Assign certificates to BYD and company-owned devices.
Solves the problem and solves it quietly
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation was relatively quick and it solved a major issue with Wireless Auth in our organization that otherwise would've taken a lot of configuration that may or may not have worked. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to nothing to complain about. The only times we've not been able to solve a problem is when we've requested something that is not in their typical wheelhouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have added the infrastructure we need to facilitate WPA-Enterprise in a cloud heavy environment, which is normally not an easy task.
Flawless Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The product was up and running after one configuration session, so kudos to the product engineer and the account manager--great cusomter service. After configuration, the integration was quick; we had no issue rolling out the network cert to all of our endpoints and getting them connected to the new SSID.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It was a flawless experience. I'm very satisfied with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to solve our issue of network security. We have been able to utilize WPA Enterprise security protocals without having to implement a domain controller.
Great SaaS solution for RADIUS and PKI
What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few things that I liked about SecureW2.
1. The team is respsectful and supportive.
2. Product is amazing and after the implementation we did not receive any complaints from the usrs so far.
3. The solution is fully automated from issuing the certificates to the enrollment and connectivity. That was exactly we wanted to achieve.

There is nothing to dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not want to provision a self hosted RADIUS and PKI solution. We were looking for SaaS based RADIUS and PKI that can integrate with our Google Workspace environment. SecureW2 JoinNow ticked all the boxes.
Cloud-managed certificate based 802.1x made simple
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward onboarding with an implementation team who can get the various certs & InTune policies setup very quickly. Product rock solid so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the cheapest solution, particularly for SMBs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we move clients to a serverless environment, JoinNow has enabled 802.1x certificate security for Wi-Fi networks with minimum fuss.
Great support from SecureW2
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing a NAC solution is very complicated. SecureW2 made it as easy as possible. Their support, Sameer specifically, was outstanding. Anytime we needed help, Sameer was there for us. We appreciate the entire SecureW2 team for making our NAC deployment a success.

There isn't anything about SecureW2 I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 allows us to secure our corporate wireless network with a certificate-based 802.1x NAC solution.
SecureW2 implementation
What do you like best about the product?
SecureW2 is an amazing Cloud Radius solution that is easy to set up as well as manage. It is very user-friendly and the support is outstanding. The integration to O365 was quick and easy to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about SecureW2 in the year we have been using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 solved the problem of certificate deployment with a seamless integration to O365. It enabled us to roll out NAC to our entire company in a 3-month span.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their reporting for subscription licensing and what is allocated for devices needs improvement but they're already looking into suggestions I've given and reacting in a constructive way to make their product better! Which is why I love these guys so much. THEY LISTEN TO FEEDBACK AND FOLLOW WITH ACTION!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our environment is cloudbased with very little on-prem footprints. We use Google for our IdP so we don't have the ability to implement 802.1x certs locally without large expendatures and a massive shift in changes for our infrastructure. So we needed a PKI to help us secure our network and users!
Their support is hands down what is best about SecureW2. They don't just cater to a support request and go through a typical scripted checklist. They are subject matter experts through and through and at every single engagement they not only ensure the implementation is done correctly, they also make sure it's setup to be built upon a strong foundation in your specific & tailored environement! I've had so many devices and 1-offs that I've had to engage with their engineers to deploy effectively for 802.1x and not once was I left hanging. They researched and tested EXTENSVELY with me!
They didn't just do a checkbox with me either. Their engineers were thoughtful and informative in a teaching manner that helped propel my role even further. If you need cloud radius for 802.1x and more for cert authentication, SecureW2 is hands down the go to! I have loved working with their teams so much, I felt an absolute need to leave a great review here. I didn't drink any kool-aid either. Its been a sincere pleasure!
