What do you like best about the product?
It's very effective when handling standard projects. Support is generally responsive when issues arise. Company overall is becoming more customer focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is behind other CAT tools. Compatibility with MT and LLMs are behind competitors. Some tickets are opened for several months before they are resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's excellent at handling standard translation projects.
